【新唐人2012年1月24日訊】今年的大年三十，全國各地都有訪民組團到北京，準備給溫家寶等人「拜年」，表達訴求，不過大多人還沒有摸到中南海的邊，就被截訪人員抓走。
李奎春是50多名組團去北京給溫家寶「拜年」的福建訪民之一，他費盡半輩子血汗，自建的一座750平方米的三層樓鄉村別墅，100平米的速食店，在當地政府強拆中成為了瓦礫，他的鼻骨被打成粉碎骨折，家人也被打傷。
福建訪民李奎春：「到北京幹甚麼？年底我們在家裏歡歡喜喜過年不是很好嗎？但是我們高興不起來。我們因為房子被強拆，到現在五、六年，一分錢都沒有賠到，我們無家可歸的這些人。我們以拜年的形式，向他們要回自己的財產。我們要飯吃，我們要房子住，我們要生存，我們是向他們要權力的。」
李奎春雖然到了天安門廣場，但沒能如願以償的見到溫家寶，廣場上盤查的警察一看到他的福建身份證，就把他帶到公安分局準備遣返。
福建訪民李奎春：「那個警察就把我卡著脖子，按在牆壁。跑到北京也是沒地方告狀，那我告狀到哪裏去告呢？這所以很說明政府腐敗，一黨專政，獨裁，沒有民主，沒有自由。」
然而，《人民日報》海外版2008年2月報導，溫家寶在和湖南湘潭農民的座談會後，深情的表示：「中南海的大門，是永遠面向廣大群眾敞開的！」溫家寶成為訪民們拜年和訴求的對像。
今年上海有100多名訪民進京「團拜」，訪民王志華說，自己就是相信了溫家寶這句話，才帶著80多歲的老母親和請願書前往中南海，他們家的住房05年遭到強拆，至今沒得到安置。結果王志華被關進北京黑監獄呆了20多個小時。
上海訪民王志華：「溫家寶說，中南海大門永遠為廣大群眾敞開嘛。我現在去了，現在變成了牢獄之災。我所以在懷疑，溫總理講的話是不是在忽悠全國老百姓？大家都來坐牢啊!」
全國各地不乏像李奎春、王志華這樣的訪民。由於生活困難，無處申冤，過年對他們來說如同過關一樣，想要上京討公道，卻發現那裏並不是告狀的地方，還可能連人身自由也失去了。
另外，訪民們苦中作樂舉辦的「訪民春晚」，也不是「和諧社會」所允許的聲音。去年「訪民春晚」的主持人馮永記被勞教2年，攝影欒溱洋失去音信，山東臨沂的韓洪布也被勞教。
雖然如此，今年訪民們還是冒著被公安抓捕和驅逐的危險，在露天或歌廳裡表演節目，錄製成視頻在網絡播放。他們表示，央視春晚的做作、裝扮，除了幫中共當局塗脂抹粉，它所表現的內容更多是假的。「訪民春晚」裡的眼淚卻是真實的眼淚，他們表現的內容都是真實的故事。

New-Year Suffering for Chinese Petitioners
On New Year’s Eve, petitioners from all over China came to
Beijing on a New-Year visit of Wen Jiabao.
Most of them however, were arrested by authorities while still
far away from Zhongnanhai.
Li Kuichun is one of the 50 petitioners who came from
Fujian as a group to visit Wen Jiabao.
Li built a 750-square-meter country villa and a 100-square-meter
restaurant, both of which were demolished by local government.
Authorities beat him and caused a comminuted fracture
to the nose. His family members were also wounded.
Why have I come to Beijing he said? Shouldn’t I stay at home
to celebrate the New Year? But we are unable to be happy.
Our house was demolished 5-6 years ago without a penny’s
compensation.
Now homeless, we want out property back. We want food.
We want housing. We want to live. We want our rights back!
Although Li Kuichun made his way to Tiananmen Square,
He failed to meet Wen Jiabao.
Seeing his ID, policemen on the square immediately took him
to Public Security Bureau to be repatriated.
That policeman held my neck and pressed me against the wall.
Even Beijing allows no complaint. Where else I can go to appeal?
This government is completely corrupt. With CCP’s dictatorship
there is no democracy or freedom.
However, the overseas edition of People’s Daily reported in
February 2008 that Wen Jiabao told peasants in Xiangtan, Hunan province,
“Zhongnanhai is forever open to the people!”
After that, many Chinese petitioners rushed to Wen for help.
Over 100 petitioners went to Beijing from Shanghai
for a 『visit』.
Petitioner Wang Zhihua took his 80-year-old mother to
Beijing in belief of Wen’s promise.
Their house was demolished in 2005, leaving them homeless.
Wang, however, ended up in Beijing』s secret jail for over 20 hours.
Wen said Zhongnanhai is always open to the people.
Well, now I come, only to be put in prison.
I suspect Wen is playing with the people,
really inviting them to Beijing’s jails!
There are petitioners like Li Kuichun and Wang Zhihua
all over China.
Suffering yet without a place to appeal,
their New Year is simply a time of disaster.
They wanted to seek justice in Beijing, but found it a mistake.
They even faced the danger of losing personal freedom.
In addition, petitioners Spring Festival performance violates
the melody of “harmonious society."
After last year’s performance, anchor Feng Yongji was sentenced to
two years in prison, photographer Luan Zhenyang was missing,
and Han Hongbu from Shandong was thrown into a labor camp.
This year petitioners again video recorded their programs
and uploaded them onto the Internet, despite authorities’ threats.
They said CCTV’s Spring Festival programs are contrived.
They really help to whitewash CCP with all the lies.
Petitioners’ Spring Festival is full of real stories and tears.
