【禁聞】再掀政改潮 太子黨也加入

【新唐人2012年7月13日訊】薄熙來垮臺、政法委書記周永康面臨落馬,引發中共政壇地震,政治體制改革的呼聲更是接連不斷,據香港媒體報導,主張憲政改革的人越來越多,就連中共體制下的既得利益者——「太子黨」也紛紛加入,由於經濟形勢的不妙,只待有人登高一呼。下面請看本臺記者的報導。

據香港《開放》雜誌報導,4月5號,中共民主派的言論重地《炎黃春秋》雜誌,召開了有關薄熙來事件和中國政治體制改革途徑的座談會,與會者紛紛表示,中國大陸人心思變,現今的「維穩」局面已經維持不下去了。他們認為,民間應該與總理溫家寶改革的呼籲互動。

雜誌執行主編徐慶全說,現在,所有的人都希望變。不管是被稱之為「左」還是被稱之為右的人,也不管廟堂之高還是江湖之遠,從「左」右到上下都有相同的呼聲。

據了解,中共太子黨近來相當活躍,主張中國走「憲政民主」道路的有:胡耀邦之子胡德平、葉劍英子女葉向真、葉選寧、陸定一之子陸德、陶鑄女兒陶斯亮、馬文瑞女兒馬曉力等,習近平的姐姐習橋橋有時也會前往赴會。他們一致表態支持「胡溫習中央」。

報導說,葉選寧還是最早出來要求中央處理薄熙來,免除薄熙來職務的太子黨人物,同時他們還主張平反「六四」。

那麼作為中共體制下的既得利益者——「太子黨」,為甚麼也加入中國的政改行列中呢?

時事評論員邢天行:「太子黨這裡邊,有對歷史比較嚴肅思考的有一群人,他們也看到了中國面臨的危機,因為危機如果不解決,壓制民變,最後的結果就是中國整個經濟,還有國體都會受到很大的傷害,對於他們這些人來講,誰也不願意看到國家陷於一個大的災難當中,所以他們希望在這個災難沒有出來之前,儘可能的想一些辦法避免,這是一個正常的心理狀態。」

在座談會上,曾擔任中共中宣部長22年的中共元老陸定一的兒子、APEC亞洲院士陸德也表示,中國的經濟增長已經到頂,他預計如此下去到2017年中國經濟就會崩潰,中國將出現動亂,他認為,應該馬上解決政治體制改革滯後的問題,這是當前的主要矛盾。

德國媒體最近也分析指出,人們對中國經濟的擔憂在增加,人們期待中國經濟軟著陸,但為此必須進行深刻的政治改革,因為許多問題與現行體制和裙帶關係有關。

而溫家寶今年以來不斷強調政改,廣東省委書記汪洋在言論上也更加大膽,汪洋近來呼籲「還政於民、還權於民」,被指與溫家寶遙相呼應,形成「北溫南汪」的政改呼聲。汪洋還宣佈計劃在廣東進行「幹部官員財產申報制度試點」,更被視為改革的驚人之言。

美國哥倫比亞大學政治學博士、時政評論家李天笑表示,中共黨內改革本身已不能解決中共的根本問題,但是如果真的進行改革,很可能使中共走下臺,甚至被解體。

美國哥倫比亞大學政治學博士李天笑:「因為現在中共在歷史上已經犯下了滔天大罪,現在情況是共產黨必然要解體的、必然要滅亡的、必然要崩潰的,那麼在這種情況下,如果你講改革的話,可能會對老百姓產生一種幻想,同時它符合中共目前掌握解決危機的話語權和主動權,這麼一種思路。改革它本身是沒有甚麼出路的,從黨內改革來說是沒有甚麼出路的。」

雜誌副社長楊繼繩在會上表示,中國現在處於大變革前夕,民間怨聲載道,只待有人登高一呼。他說,今天和1966年相比,執政黨各級領導人的腐敗程度嚴重得多,特權也嚴重得多。權錢交易、權權交易、權色交易散發的臭氣,瀰漫污染著整個社會,老百姓已經忍無可忍了。

Princelings Push for Reforms

The dismissal of Bo Xilai, and Zhou Yongkang’s
downfall, have caused a political earthquake in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The voices pushing the political reform continues.

According to media in Hong Kong, more people
are suggesting constitutional reform.
This includes CCP princelings, who under the current
economic crisis, are waiting for someone to take the lead.

Yanhuang Chunqiu is a magazine that supporters
of reform in China often publish articles in.
On April 5, Hong Kong’s Open magazine reported that
Yanhuang Chunqiu hosted a forum.
The discussion was about the Bo Xilai affair,
and China’s political reform.
Attendees said that the moral standard of Mainland Chinese
has declined, so maintaining “stability” was hard to continue.
They also believed that people should echo
Premier Wen Jiaobao’s call for reform.

Chief Editor Xu Qingquan said that
now everyone hopes for change.
No matter whether they are leftists or rightists,

and regardless of whether they are high ranking officials
or people from grassroots, all are hoping for change.

Sources said that recently, CCP princelings
have been very active.
Those who supported constitutional democracy include;
Hu Deping, Hu Yaobang’s son;
Ye Xiangzhen and Ye Xuanning, Ye Jianying’s children;
Lu De, Lu Dingyi’s son;
Tao Siliang, Tao Zhu’s Daughter
and Ma Xiaoli, Ma Wenrui’s daughter.
Xi Qiaoqiao, Xi Jinping’s sister also
occasionally attends the forum.
They are all openly supporting Hu Jintao,
Wen Jiabao and Xi Jinping.

The report said that Ye Xuanning was the first
princeling to suggest the removal of Bo Xilai.
Princelings also supported redressing June 4 incident.

Those princelings belong to interests groups
in the CCP, so why do they hope for reform in China?

Xing Tianxing, a current affairs commentator, discusses this.

“Among the princelings, some have
seriously thought about history.
They know China is facing a crisis, and without
solving it, it means people will be forced into uprisings.
This result will be harmful to the economy
and to the state system.
For the princelings, no one wants to see
the country facing a huge disaster.
They hope that before the arrival of disaster,
they try their best to avoid it happening.
This is a natural way of thinking.”

In the Yanhuang Chunqiu forum, Lu De, son of Lu Dingyi,

former Minister of Propaganda, said that China’s fast
economic growth is ending.
He predicted that China’s economy will
collapse in 2017, and turmoil will take place.
He suggested that they should solve problems now that
are causing a delay in reforms. Now it is major conflict.

German media said that people are increasingly worried
about China’s economy, and are hoping for a soft landing.
Reports said they must carry out reform to achieve this,

as many problems relate to the current system,
as well as to it’s complex nepotism.

This year Wen Jiabao has repeatedly
stressed political reform.
Wang Yang, Secretary of Guangdong province,
has also made a bold push for reform.
He urged to give the power and rights to the people,
echoing Wen’s reform.
This has been called “North Wen, South Wang”.

Wang also planned to use Guangdong as a test city to
implement “declaration of cadres’ property”.
These bold words have also amazed the public.

Li Tianxiao, a current affairs commentator in the US said that
reform inside the CCP can’t solve the fundamental problem.
To carry out reform in reality means removal
and disintegration of the CCP.

Li Tianxiao: “This is because the CCP
has committed heinous crimes.
Now the situation is that the CCP must
be disintegrated, and is bound to collapse.
Under this circumstance, the CCP discussing
reform can bring people dreams.
This way it can help the CCP to get away
from its crisis of collapse.
It can control the discussions
by having the initiative. That’s their plan.
Reform itself has no way out.
There is no future for reform inside the CCP.”

Yang Jisheng, Deputy Director of Yanhuang Chunqiu
magazine said China is now at the edge of major changes.
People everywhere are complaining,
just waiting for someone to take the lead.
Yang said that compared with 1966, the corruption
among the ruling elite has worsened.
They have more privileges, and bribery
with power is spreading everywhere.
They have polluted society, and the peoples
tolerance has reached it’s limit.
