【新唐人2013年02月05日訊】2月3號，是農曆臘月二十三，這一天是中國民間過「小年」的日子。中共總書記習近平和國務院副總理李克強，分別前往甘肅和內蒙古考察。習近平在考察貧困山村時，給447戶群眾送上年貨。而李克強到包頭火車站候車室看望返鄉農民工時，聲稱自己在政府工作是給農民工們打工。對於這些大陸媒體報導中，看似「其樂融融」的所謂「幸福景象」，民眾的心聲又是怎樣呢？
據《京華時報》報導，習近平當天來到自古就有「瘠苦甲天下」之稱的甘肅省定西市，考察了「引洮供水工程」工地。隨後習近平來到甘肅渭源縣的一個貧困山區村莊–田家河鄉元古堆村，除了同村民共商所謂的「脫貧之計」，還給當地447戶村民送去年貨。
報導還列出詳細的年貨清單，包括：每戶2袋麵、2桶油、20斤豬肉、4副春聯、3斤水果糖等等。
習近平在當地表示，40多年前自己在陝北生活也很苦，但現在那兒條件改善了。
大陸民工余宏全：「中央的政策再好也是假的，是一種愚民政策，問題沒得解決。共產黨的政策啊，一直是掛豬頭買羊肉的。唱的說的一套，實際還是執行的另一套。」
同一天，《新華社》報導說，李克強在內蒙古包頭火車站候車室，看望返鄉農民工時說，知道農民工在外工作不容易，他也當過農民，懂得大家的辛勞，自己現在在政府工作，也是為農民打工。
下午，李克強看望了包頭北梁棚戶區居民，這裡小巷窄到兩人見面要側身過，三代同堂十幾平米，900多人共用一個廁所。
一位被拖欠工資的工頭陳愛平認為，即使習、李送了甚麼東西給農民，說了甚麼話，對老百姓和農民工的實際情況都不會有任何改善。
工頭陳愛平：「甚麼感觸？農民工，農民工，農民工沒有說話的權力，現在。農民是農民，官員是官員，農民工只認得幹活。農民工現在相當難，回家過年都沒錢，老闆現在沒人管，找政府，政府也不管，我找了監督局、勞動局、信訪辦都去過的，沒哪個管這個事。」
陳愛平表示，除了自己被扣錢、扣工資，現在工地上就有十多個農民工，在眼巴巴的盼著早日拿到被拖欠的工資，好回家過年，但是政府根本不管。
旅美中國社會問題研究人士張健表示，習、李搞這種親民秀，根本無法解決老百姓的問題，尤其農民工，每年在外被惡勢力、政府、城管欺壓，上訪無門，走投無路。
張健：「我相信坐在電視機前的中國人，沒有一個不噁心它這篇報導。如果習近平想把中國搞好的話，他根本不需每年過年搞這種『親民秀』，繼續再搞這種『農家樂』，他而是真正實實的把所有的地方官員，這種貪污腐敗的行為制止，把所有貪官投入監獄，結束中共的體制，老百姓一下就富裕了，一下就再也不會被各種勢力所欺詐。」
張健分析，過去有人認為中央領導高高在上、 不了解基層， 所以每年都下基層考察，來感受和體驗農民生活。但張健指出，其實他們都是從基層做上去的，對這些非常了解。
張健：「他完全清楚，可是他為甚麼不做？他去採訪一個民工，採訪一個家庭非常貧窮的一個人士，就能改變了嗎﹖不能改變﹗所以中國的老百姓，能做的就是脫離開這個組織，遠離它、唾棄它，並且是要起來與這個組織去對抗。」
對於大陸媒體的報導，網友（褚飛軍）質問：為啥習近平給甘肅貧困村民送年貨的清單弄的很詳細，而對河南連霍高速公路10人死亡、11人受傷的爆炸事故，卻只字未提傷亡者？

February 3 is December 23rd of the Lunar Calendar,
the day of “Small New Year.”

Xi Jinping and Vice Premier Li Keqiang visited Gansu and Inner Mongolia.
Xi Jinping gave away New Year’s goods
as presents to 447 poor families.
Li Keqiang went to Baotou railway station to visit migrant
workers waiting to return home, and said his work for the government is for the migrant workers.
What do people think about these
‘happy’ scenes’ media reports?
According to Beijing Times, on Feb. 3rd, Xi Jinping visited
Dingxi City of Gansu Province, known as the poorest and barren place for a long time.
Xi first went to the ‘Diverting Yao River for Water Supply’
building site, and then to a poor village in Weiyuan County.
He talked to villagers about how to get ‘out of poverty,’
and gave 447 local families New Year’s goods.
The report also lists the goods for each family:
2 bags of flour, 2 barrels of oil, 22 pounds of pork,
four pairs of New Year couplets, and 3.3 pounds of candies.
Xi Jinping expressed that he used to have a hard life
in North Sha’anxi Province more than 40 years ago, but that the living conditions are much better now.
Yu Hongquan, Migrant Worker: “Good policies are all fake.
The policy is to fool the people. Nothing can be resolved.
60 years of CCP policies are fake.
They say one thing and do another.”
On the same day, Xinhua reported that Li Keqiang visited
the train station’ waiting room in Baotou, Inner Mongolia.
He said the life of migrant workers is not easy,
being away from home.
He was once a farmer himself, so he understands how hard
it is, and working in the government now, he actually works for the farmers, Li said.
In the afternoon, Li Keqiang visited residents
in a neighborhood in Baotou City.
The lanes there are so narrow,
they can’t hold two people walking side by side.
Three generations live in a room of about 100 square feet.
More than 900 people share the same toilet.
Migrant worker Chen Aiping, whose salary is not even paid,
said Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang’s speech will not make any actual improvement to people’s lives.
Chen Aiping: “How do I feel about it? Workers have no
right to speech. Farmers are farmers, officials are officials.
Farmers only need to work and have a very difficult life.
They have no money to celebrate the New Year.
No one is doing anything to my boss.
The government does not do anything.
I went to the Supervision agencies, Labor Bureau,
and Petition office. No one cares.”
Chen Aiping said, there are about a dozen migrant workers
on the construction site waiting to get paid and go home to celebrate New Year.
The government does not do anything
about these problems.
China social study researcher Zhang Jiang, living in the U.S.,
said that Xi and Li’s show does not solve people’s problems.
Migrant workers who are away from home
are exploited by evil forces, government, etc.
They have no way to appeal for their rights.
Zhang Jiang: “I believe every Chinese watching this news
is fed up with these reports.
If Xi Jinping wants to build a better China,
he does not need to create this ‘happy farmers family’ scene.
He needs to stop corruption, send corrupt officials to prison,
and end the CCP regime. People will be better off and no longer exploited.”
Zhang Jiang stated, some people might think CCP officials
are not aware of how difficult people’s life is, so they need to visit grass-root people each year.
Zhang Jiang points out that CCP officials were mostly
promoted from lower levels, they know this reality well.
Zhang Jiang: “He knows it clearly, but why he does it?
Can he improve the situation by visiting one migrant worker, or a family?
Chinese people can only get rid of this organization. Stay
away from it, condemn it and organize to protest against it.”
Netizen Zhu Feijun questioned these reports: ‘Why was
there a detailed list of New Year goods from Xi Jinping?
The explosion on Henan Lianhou Highway caused
10 deaths and 11 injuries, but this was not mentioned?’
