【新唐人2013年09月19日訊】大陸媒體報導日前透露，曾識別出陝西省安監局長楊達才豪表的大V，「花總丟了金箍棒」目前被北京警方帶走，這是中共當局繼「秦火火」、「立二拆四」、「薛蠻子」、劉虎、周錄寶等網路名人之後，抓捕的又一名有影響力的網路人士。
《南方都市報》9月17號最新發佈的快訊說，北京公安局朝陽分局刑警大隊相關警官證實，網名為「花總丟了金箍棒」的嫌疑人正在接受審訊。報導並引述了中國奢侈品專家歐陽坤的話透露，歐陽坤作為受害人到刑警大隊做筆錄時，看到「花總」戴著手銬。
去年8月26號包茂高速發生重大交通事故，造成36人遇難。陝西省安監局局長楊達才在事故現場一張面帶微笑的圖片引發公眾不滿。隨後有網友人肉出，他在不同場合佩戴的各種名表。「花總」因為鑑定楊達才的名表，成為中國網民關注的粉絲眾多的網路大V。
「花總」也因此被稱為「反腐英雄」，媒體還頒發給他各種「年度人物」的獎項。
儘管「花總」名號廣為人知，但是，他的真實身份一直沒有被公開曝光。大陸媒體曾採訪過他，將其描述成「一副書生模樣：身材偏瘦，臉龐白皙，戴一副無框眼鏡。現實中，他是某家移動互聯網公司的創始人之一，34歲。」
對「花總」被警方拘傳的消息，有網民調侃說：花總丟了金箍棒，戴上了手銬。
9月18號下午2點多，「花總」在微博上發佈消息，聲稱已經獲得自由。
中共當局近來抓捕不少網路名人，指控他們製造和傳播謠言。
哥倫比亞大學人權研究所訪問學者古川：「他一方面目的就是震懾這些所謂的網路大V，不讓他們說話，不讓他們轉發一些敏感的東西，實際上這些網路大V，中共他覺得也有緻命的危險，因為，像薛蠻子粉絲一千多萬，他如果轉一個東西的話，會影響很大。」
8月25號， 大陸各大媒體鋪天蓋地報導了「薛蠻子」涉嫌「嫖娼」被警方拘留的消息。
大陸律師李方平：「他（薛蠻子）總體是網路大V嘛，各方現在他抓的這些人，罪名都不一樣，像他到底以甚麼名義去傳喚，就不清楚，有的不見得是傳播謠言，就是找你的經濟罪名，或者是其他的東西。」
「薛蠻子」嫖娼被抓後，「花總」在微博寫道：我與蠻子只有一面之緣，也無生意往來。當面就勸過他盡早軟著陸。……清謠反謠本來是正當之舉，但運動式批鬥污點大V，就難免讓人猜忌意在沛公。
不過，就在中共肆意抓捕網路大V的時候，中紀委開通了網站並宣稱，將第一時間在網站發佈所查辦案件，特別是一些重大案件，還計劃下一步開通微博微信等，目的是為了「加強與網友交流」。
中共喉舌《人民日報》9月18號發表了中共國家網際網路信息辦公室主任魯煒的文章，文章強調要「把網上輿論工作作為宣傳思想工作的重中之重」。並提出，要牢牢掌握網上輿論的所謂領導權、管理權、話語權。
7月17號，《新華社》記者周方在網上曝光，某「正部級宣傳口」領導參加人奶宴，豪吸美艷少婦人奶，7月22號，《搜狐網》率先指責周方「造謠」。在周方駁斥之後，有關人奶宴的揭發自此在網上消聲。
來自《新華社》內部消息說，周方目前已經被控制，直接指使打壓周方的是魯煒。而魯煒正是那位「喝人奶」的「宣傳口正部級高官」。

Online Blogger Big V “Huazong" Detained
A mainland media report recently revealed net ID “Huazong
lost golden cudgel" was taken away by Beijing police.
He is well known as Big V by identifying Shanxi
state safety inspection bureau director
Yang Dacai’s famous watch.
He is another famous netizen arrested by Chinese authorities
after “Qin huohuo", “Li er Chai Si “," Xue Manzi",
“Liu Hu" and “Zhou lubao".
On 17th September, “Southern Metropolis Daily" released the
latest newsflash, a relevant policeman from the Beijing
Public Security Bureau Chaoyang branch Interpol brigade
confirmed that the suspect with network ID “Flower president
lost golden cudgel" is being interrogated.
A report cited the words of luxury expert Ouyang Kun and
divulged that Ouyang Kun saw the “Flower president" wearing
handcuffs when he was questioned by the Interpol brigade
as a victim.
Last year, a serious accident happened on Bao-Mao highway
and 36 people were killed on 26th August.

Then, a netizen discovered that he wore different famous
watches in different situations.
“Huazong" became the big V with a lot of fans in internet
because of his identifying Yang Dacai’s famous watches.
Huazong was known as a hero against corruption,
a variety of media also awarded him different types of titles
like “Person of theYear".
Although ID “Huazong" is well known, his true identity
was not made public.
Mainland media interviewed him, describing him as a scholar:
a little underweight and pale face with
a pair of rimless glasses.
In reality, he is a founder of an internet company and
is 34 years old.
About the news of “ Huazong was summoned for detention”,
a netizen joked: Huazong lost golden cudgel and handcuffed.
On 18th September at around 2pm, “Huazong" released
information on a micro-blog that he is free.
Chinese authorities have arrested many famous netizens
accusing them of spreading rumors.
Gu Chuan, a visiting scholar of Institute for the Study
of Human Rights at Columbia University: the CCP’s purpose
is to frighten prominent online bloggers
(Big Vs) and silence them, neither allowing them to
repost sensitive messages.
The CCP considers Big Vs (verified internet users) as dangerous,
such as Xue Manzi, he has more than 10 million followers.
If Xue posts something, it will bring
a considerable influence.
On Aug. 25, media in Mainland China overwhelmingly reported
on news about Xue Manze.
It claimed that Xue was detained for suspicion
of hiring a prostitute.

Xue is a celebrity Big V,
other detained Big Vs faced different allegations.
It is not clear for what reason Xue was summoned.
Some may not be detained for spreading rumors,
they could be accused of economic fraud or other crimes.
Regarding Xue Manzi’ allegation of “hiring a prostitute",
Huazong, another Big V tweeted: I only met with Xue once,
we don’t have any business connection.
I persuaded him to soft landing as soon as possible.
To clear the rumor, against rumor are one’s rights,
However, regarding struggle session style abused Big V,
people can’t stop speculating if the CCP had other purpose.
While the CCP wantonly arrest Big Vs, the
central disciplinary department launched an official website.
The case they are dealing with will be publicly announced
on the website, especially for major cases.
The department also plans to open a Weibo microblog next,
so as to “closely communicate with netizens".
On Sept. 18, People’s Daily published an article written
by Lu Wei, director of the State Internet Information Office.
The article claimed that online’s public opinion work is the
most important ideological propaganda job.
One must firmly grasp online leadership rights,
management rights, and rights of expression.
On 17th July, Zhou Fang, reporter of Xinhua news agency
exposed on the internet that a ministry-level cadre attended
breastfeeding orgies, drinking fresh milk from a
glamorous young mother’s breast.
On 22nd July, Sohu website firstly accused
Zhou of creating rumors.
Zhou debated back, but since then, news about human
breast milk orgies have disappeared from the website.
Xinhua’s internal news said that Zhou has now been detained,
Lu Wei allegedly sent orders to suppress Zhou.
Lu Wei was the ministry-level cadre who was
being exposed by Zhou Fang.
