【新唐人2013年09月21日訊】大陸新浪微博9月16號出現了委內瑞拉總統尼古拉思馬杜羅的帳號。幾天來，共發佈了十八條微博，擁有粉絲2萬5千人。對於馬杜羅在中國開微博，網友們褒貶不一，但大多數對馬杜羅表示不歡迎的帖子都遭到了強刪，其中網民向馬杜羅索債，要求「還錢」的留言，一度引發熱議。
在新浪微博的「尼古拉思馬杜羅」的下方，可以看到自我簡介上寫著：「委內瑞拉玻利瓦爾共和國總統，與查韋斯情同父子，用高效的革命建設祖國」，有網民調侃 ：「高端國際五毛，查總統的親密戰友，中石油就是從你們那兒進的貨吧？」。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「這個馬杜羅是委內瑞拉前總統查韋斯的忠實信徒，鐵桿粉絲，查韋斯可以說是拉美的又一面左翼旗幟，他也信仰馬克思、社會主義，而且他很崇拜毛澤東，所以馬杜羅從感情上就和中國（共）非常的接近，他的政策和中國是異曲同工的，所以他在中國新浪微博上開設微博就很正常了」。
與五毛、毛左、毛粉們在微博力挺馬杜羅不同的是，有相當一部分網友對馬杜羅表示了不歡迎， 微博上出現了很多向馬杜羅「索債」的帖子。有網民質問：在中國開微博是想給中共唱頌歌以獲得無償援助嗎？有的網民乾脆直接的打出兩個字：還錢！
據了解，自2007年以來，委內瑞拉已經向中國借款高達360億美元，然而這筆巨債還沒還上，委內瑞拉就傳出了8400萬美元的中國資助基金被挪用的消息。之前更是有美媒報導說，查韋斯為了在大選中取勝，隨意使用從中國貸款的上百億美元給國內民眾大肆派發福利，提供免費住房和家電。
21號，馬杜羅要訪問中國，有消息傳出委內瑞拉還想向中國申請50億美元的貸款，大陸民眾得知後，紛紛怒罵。
華頗：「還有一些中國人對委內瑞拉形成，實行這種越來越像集權主義發展，表示了擔憂、不滿。所以對於中國提供那些援助是不是真正的能夠解決委內瑞拉的經濟，保障它的民生表示了懷疑，認為自己人民的血汗，不能白白養活委內瑞拉的新政權。」
反觀大陸，還有很多民眾社會福利得不到保障，百姓人人為住房發愁。中共當局卻拿出納稅人的錢去養活「兄弟國家」，早已不是第一次了。天下沒有免費的午餐，為何中共當局要做這種「傻」事兒呢？華頗點出，因為中共要達到它的政治目地。
華頗：「比如說，援助非洲，但是給了非洲之後，不是毛澤東有句話嘛：『我們被非洲的朋友抬進了聯合國』；援助了阿爾巴尼亞，為甚麼呢？它說阿爾巴尼亞是歐洲社會主義的一盞明燈，因為和蘇聯鬧翻之後，只有阿爾巴尼亞支持中國，所以呢，自己可以餓肚子，甚至餓死人，也要把阿爾巴尼亞給養起來。」
相同的例子不勝枚舉。據不完全統計，從1949年直到文革結束，中共無償援助越南200億元、阿爾巴尼亞90億元、朝鮮3億元、坦桑尼亞20億元、柬埔寨波爾布特50億元……這其中還不包括中共每年源源不斷的向各國輸送的上百萬噸的糧食和物資。
文革之後中共對第三世界國家的關注和援助更是走在了世界的前列，有權威調查顯示，僅2002年到2007年5年間，中共對外援助金額高達近5000億人民幣。英國《金融時報》也指出，2009-2010年間，中共借給發展中國家的錢比世界銀行的還要多。就連被援助的發展中國家百姓都不得不對中國人承認：「中國的政府用你們的錢，養活了我們，養肥了他們自己，卻餓死了你們。」

Chinese Netizens Request Venezuelan President Pay Back Debt
September 16, Sina website microblog appeared Venezuelan
President Nicolas Maduro’s account.

For Maduro opening microblog account in China, netizens mixed
and most unwelcome posts have been deleted.
Some posts asking for a “pay back" were sparked hot debate.
Under Sina microblog Nicholas Rathbone Madhu Lo’s account,
you can find the self description: “President of the Bolivarian
Republic of Venezuela who is like father and son with Chavez
Will build the motherland with the efficiency revolution" .
Some netizens ridicule him as high-end international fifty cents,
the close ally of President Chavez and question that if PetroChina
got supply from him.
Hua Po, Beijing Political observer: The Maduro is a hardcore
fan and ardent disciple of former Venezuelan President Chavez.
Chavez can be said as another left-wing banner of Latin
America since he also believes in Marxism and Socialism
and idolizes Mao Zedong.
Emotionally, Maduro is very close to China.
His policies is similar to China’s and it’s quite normal for him
to open an Sina microblog account in Chinese website.
Different from fifty cents, Mao leftists and Mao fans
supporting Maduro, quite a few netizens show unwelcome to
him and many microblogs want him to “pay back".
Some netizens questioned: Do you want to get aid through
Setting up microblog account in China to sing carols to the
Chinese Communists? Some users simply post two words:
pay back!
It is said that Venezuela has borrowed $ 36 billion from China
since 2007.
Without paying off the huge debt, Venezuela has
more news of misappropriating $ 84 million of Chinese
assistance funds.
Before that, the U.S. media have reported that in order to
win the election, Chavez felt free to use billions of dollars of
China loan to benefit the public with free house
and home appliances.
On September 21, Maduro will visit China.
There is a saying that Venezuela would like to apply for a loan of
$5 billion.
People from mainland learned it and cursed.
Hua Po: " Some Chinese people expressed concern and
resentment on Venezuela’s development which is increasingly
like totalitarianism.
They also doubt whether China’s assistance can truly resolve
the economic problem and security it’s livelihood.
They don’t want to feed the new regime in Venezuela with
their blood and sweat in vain.
In contrast in the mainland, Many people’s security welfare
can’t be guaranteed, and most people still worry about the
housing debt.
It’s already not the first time that CCP use taxpayers’
money to support “brother countries”.
Since there is no free lunch, why does the CCP do this
“silly" thing? Hua Po pointed out that the reason is because
the CCP wants to achieve its political objectives.
Hua Po: For example, We aid Africa because of Mao Zedong’s well
saying “Africa friends carried us into the United Nations."
After aiding Africa, We assisted Albania. Why?
It’s because Albania is a shining beacon of Europe socialism,
and the only one who supports China after China falled up
with Soviet Union.
So we should supply Albania even our people go hungry
or starve to death.
The similar examples are too numerous to enumerate.
According to incomplete statistics, from 1949 until the end
of the Cultural Revolution, the CCP freely aided Vietnam 20
billion yuan, Albania 9.0 billion, Korea 6.3 billion yuan,
Tanzania 2 billion yuan, and Cambodia Pol Pot 50 billion yuan ….
These number do not include the CCP annually transported
to different countries hundreds of tons of food and supplies
in a steady stream.
After the Cultural Revolution, the CCP’s attention and
assistance on third world countries are walking in the forefront
of the world.
Authority’s Survey shows that within 2002 to 2007 five-year
period, the CCP has up to 500 billion yuan foreign aid.
British “Financial Times" also pointed out that between 2009
and 2010, the money lent to developing countries from CCP
was even more than it from the World Bank.
Even people in developing countries accepted that China
Government used your money to feed us, fat their own,
but starve you.
