【新唐人2013年11月01日訊】中共中央政法委已下達指令，升高維穩等級，以確保三中全會的順利召開。各地方如臨大敵，維穩花招百出。30號，記錄片《小鬼頭上的女人》製作人杜斌說，他因為同情一名上訪女子，卻在不知情的狀況下，疑似被「國安美色臨時工」給維穩了。
「馬三家女子勞教所」酷刑記錄片《小鬼頭上的女人》製作人杜斌，最近發表文章表示，他有家歸不得。
杜斌說，「我已經兩天不能回家了。我的家被一個名叫龍美伊的人惡意更換門鎖入室居住。」
龍美伊是一位上訪者介紹給杜斌認識的年輕上訪女子，自稱是「紅三代」。她的長輩在六盤水市政法系統工作，父親曾經分管公檢法，母親在國安部門任職。
龍美伊以一樁性侵害案為理由而上訪，她還說，她身邊有一個美女上訪團，希望能嫁給為民眾發聲的維權人士。她還多次請求將這個消息在推特上發佈。
一開始，龍美伊把自己形容得很高尚，她還擔心自己長期上訪，會把爸爸媽媽牽扯進去。
杜斌認為她是這個體制的奴隸，值得同情。然而，過不久龍美伊卻說要與杜斌結婚，並使出一哭二鬧三上吊的手段強迫他答應，還出言羞辱杜斌的女友。
龍美伊也認識杜斌的朋友劉華。劉華正是《小鬼頭上的女人》片中的主要親歷者。
10月27號下午，杜斌的住所大門被龍美伊給私下更換。劉華表示，感覺整個過程好像被設套了。於是，劉華前往右安門派出所報案，並撥打110投訴中心。
《小鬼頭上的女人》製作人杜斌之友劉華：「打電話給右安門的警察，打了四次，看裡面的東西少沒少？他們說，我們不管。」
劉華給警察和110打的電話都沒得到受理，他們的答覆出奇的一致，都是「不夠立案，等她下次再撬換你的門鎖時再說。」
10月28號，劉華發表了一篇文章，並附上龍美伊發給她的恐嚇短信息。龍美伊罵道：我可以不要臉不要命不要良知原則，只要可以報復你。
劉華說，龍美伊曾經說過，她在北京的日常開銷，都是貴州省委出資。她又說，她每晚都要向她的媽媽匯報她在北京了解到的訪民和維權人士的狀況。她說，她天生就是一個刑偵天才。她在9歲時，就背著秘拍設備，監視維權抗議者，還有法輪功修煉者，然後上報給國安部門。
龍美伊還告訴劉華和杜斌，國安部門對北京維權人士胡佳和杜斌這樣的人非常感興趣，只要能挖掘出他們不光彩的一面來，然後上報國安系統，就能榮立一等功，除了能得到一筆獎賞外，家人可以在政府機關任意選擇崗位，死後還能評為革命烈士。
對於龍美伊的所作所為，杜斌的朋友們分析認為，這是中共當局設的局，搞美色，作誘餌，來「維穩」維權人士。派遣國安美色臨時工，干涉他們做《小鬼頭上的女人》的系列後續。
劉華：「現在杜斌有家不能歸，只能在外面流浪，澡也沒得洗了，衣服穿了一個禮拜了，甚麼都換不了，洗不了，右安門的警察也不管，反正就是縱容她(龍美伊)，說白了，結果就是我們看了它就是一個套，右安門警察不讓我們做馬三家後續的記錄片，完整的記錄片不讓做完。」
《小鬼頭上的女人》共有「三部曲」，主要內容是揭露遼寧省瀋陽市馬三家女子勞教所對法輪功 學員、和上訪民眾的酷刑及奴工黑幕。第一部今年5月1號在香港首映，二、三部仍在趕製中，並計劃參加國際影展。
到記者截稿前，一直聯絡不到杜斌，他的妹妹用微信也聯絡不到他。

The Chinese National Security Division Uses
Attractive Women To Entrap Activists
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Political and
Law Commission issued orders raising stability maintenance
levels to ensure the smooth running of the Third Plenary.
There are all kinds of tricks for stability maintenance
across the country.
Oct 30, Du Bin documentary producer of “Women Above
Ghosts’ Head " said he was suspected of upsetting stability
by a National Security beauty casual when he sympathized
with a petition woman.
Du Bin recently published an article saying that he cannot
return home.
The torture documentary he produced is talking
about Masanjia Women’s Labor Camp.
Du Bin said, “I haven’t been home for two days.
A lady named Long Meiyi changed my gate lock
maliciously and now says she lives there."
Long Meiyi is a petition woman introduced to Du Bin by
another Petitioner. She said she is red 3rd generation.
Her relatives are working at the political and legal system in
Liupanshui city.
Her father was in charge of public security and her mother
worked in the Ministry of State Security.
The reason for Long Meiyi appealing is a sex offender.
Long Meiyi was appealing about a case of sexual abuse
(to win Du Bin’s sympathy).
She said that there is a beautiful woman petitioner group who
are willing to marry public activists.
She also requested to release the news on Twitter.
At the start, Long Meiyi seems very thoughtful since she was
concerned that her long term petition will implicate her parents.
Du Bin thought she was worthy of sympathy because she was
a slave of the system.
However, Long Meiyi used crying, screaming and panic to
threaten Du Bin to marry her. She even humiliated Du Bin’s
girlfriend.
Long Meiyi also knew Du Bin’s friend Liu Hua who is the
witness of " Women Above Ghosts’ Head”
October 27 afternoon, Du Bin’s home gate was replaced by
Long Meiyi in secret.
Liu Hua called 110 to complain because he felt the whole
process was more like a trap.
The “Women Above Ghosts’ Head " producer Du Bin’s friend
Liu Hua: I called police four times to check if there is anything
left at home. But they said they don’t care.
Liu Hua called both the police station and 110, surprisingly got
the same answer.
Police told Liu that there is not enough information,
they would wait until she does it again
October 28, Liu Hua published an article along with Long
Meiyi’s threatening messages.
Long Meiyi said that she can be without conscience and
shameless as long as she can retaliate at him.
Liu Hua remembered Long Meiyi told him that her daily expenses
in Beijing are all from Guizhou Provincial.
She said she needs to report to her mother about petitioners
and activists in Beijing every night.
She said she is an inherent expert at criminal investigation
She carried hidden film equipment to monitor activists and
Fu Lungong practitioners and reported to the Ministry of State
Security when she was 9 years old.
Long Meiyi also told Liu Hua and Du Bin that the Ministry of
State Security is very interested in those activists like Hu Jia and
Du Bin.
As long as they can dig out the disreputable side of activists to
report to the National Security Council, they will be awarded
first class citation as well as receiving a reward.
Their family can choose any position in government and be
praised as a revolutionary martyr after death.
Du Bin’s friends analyzed that Long Meiyi is a beauty bait
from the Chinese authorities to maintain activists’ stability.
The Chinese authorities tried to interfere with them making
the documentary " Women Above Ghosts’ Head " by sending
a temporary beauty spy from public security.
Liu Hua: “Du Bin has to wander outside without going home
with no bath and no changing clothes for almost one week.
The police haven’t done anything about it.
We believe it is just a trap to stop us finishing our documentary
of Masanjia Women’s Labor Camp.
“Women Above Ghosts’ Head " is a Trilogy to expose torture
and enslaved lives of Falun Gong practitioners and petitioners
in Shenyang Masanjia Women’s Forced Labor Camp.
The first one premiered on May 1 in Hong Kong.
We are still rushing through the rest of part two and plan to
participate in international film festivals."
Before the deadline, the reporter still cannot contact Du Bin.
Du Bin’s sister cannot contact him through micro-channels.
