3月18號，俄羅斯總統蒲京和克里米亞領導人已經簽訂條約，讓克里米亞加入俄羅斯聯邦。兩天前克里米亞人通過公投，將克里米亞從烏克蘭分離出去。
全球各國都對事件作出了不同的表態，美國和歐盟不承認這次公投，並決定對俄實施制裁。而中共連續兩天的表態卻含糊曖昧。
克里米亞問題將如何影響中共與俄羅斯的關係，引起國際輿論關注。
在敘利亞內戰的問題上，中共曾和俄羅斯聯手阻止國際社會對阿薩德總統採取更嚴厲的行動，譴責西方國家支持反政府武裝是違反敘利亞的主權。
那麼，在同樣是關係到主權問題的克里米亞問題上，中共是否會與俄羅斯分道揚鑣、與美國和歐盟一起對俄羅斯施加壓力，各方還在觀察。
有分析說，中共在克里米亞問題上的外交立場，受到了國內新疆、西藏內政困境的牽制，如果支持俄羅斯，那麼克里米亞的今天就是新疆、西藏明天，如果支持烏克蘭，那麼中、俄聯盟就將破裂。
馬航乘客家屬擬絕食抗議
馬航班機失聯11天依然沒有下落，而各種消息卻滿天飛。在北京麗都飯店等待的乘客家屬對有關方面的處理不滿，聲稱要舉行絕食抗議，要求馬來西亞政府提供更準確的信息。
一些家屬打出了「還我親人！不做政治犧牲品！需要真相！」的小型標語，並呼喊口號，情緒激動。
同一天，中共駐馬來西亞大使黃惠康則在新聞發佈會上表示，馬來西亞當局向中共提供了包括雷達資料等在內的很多敏感信息，但這些信息很多不宜對外公開。黃惠康還說，事故原因調查，不宜大張旗鼓進行。
中共調查參加「六四」公祭人士
據《美國之音》報導，中共當局正在對今年2月參加「六四」公祭活動的人士進行調查。報導引述消息人士的話說，公祭活動的牽頭人—-前廣州「八九學生領袖」陳衛、於世文成為被調查的主要對像。
消息說，當局調查的重點，是想弄清楚，國內的民間公祭活動是否與海外民運人士發起的「六四」25週年紀念活動有關聯。
今年2月2號來自中國各地的30位民間人士在趙紫陽故鄉—-河南省滑縣舉行民間公祭活動，紀念前中共總書記趙紫陽、胡耀邦和「六四」死難者。

China Breaks With Russia Over The Crimea.
On March 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Crimean
leaders signed a treaty making the peninsula part of Russia.
Om March 16 the Crimean peoples’ referendum separated the
Crimea from the Ukraine.
Around the world there are different statements;
The US and the EU do not recognize the referendum and
decided to impose sanctions on Russia.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is sitting on the fence.
How Crimea issues will affect the relationship between Russia
and China attracted international attention.
With the Syrian civil war, the CCP prevented the international
community from taking tougher action against President Assad
with Russia, condemning Western countries supporting the
rebels as a violation to Syria’s sovereignty.
Now will the CCP break with Russia and join the US and the
EU on the Crimea sovereignty issue?
Some analysts said that the CCP diplomatic position on the
Crimea is fixed by internal Xinjiang and Tibet’s plight:
If they support Russia, Crimea’s today is Xinjiang and Tibet’s
tomorrow.
If they support Ukraine, then the allegiances of the CCP and
Russia will break.
Missing Malaysia Airlines Passengers’ Families Proposed
a Hunger Strike
There are all kinds of news reports 11 days after the Malaysia
flight went missing without trace.
Passengers’ families planned to hold a hunger strike when
requesting more accurate information from the Malaysian
government in Beijing Lido Hotel.
Some family members emotionally shouted slogans with
a mini banner saying: “Return my family member! Do not
be a political victim! Need the truth!"
The same day, Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia, Huang
Huikang said some information provided by Malaysia including
radar documents are very sensitive and unavailable to be public.
Huang Huikang also said the incident investigation shouldn’t
be carried out publicly.
Participants in June 4 Memorial Party Investigated
According to the VOA, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
are investigating people who participated in the June 4th
ceremony in February.
The report quoted sources saying the initiators, the former
Guang Zhou 8.9 student leaders Chen Wei and Yu Shiwen
are the main focus point.
Sources said the CCP wonders if people participating in the
25th anniversary celebration for June 4th was initiated by
overseas democracy activists.
On February 2, 30 people throughout the country came to Zhao
Ziyang’s hometown Henan Province, Hua County to held grand
memorial activities to commemorate the former CCP General
Secretary Zhao Ziyang, Hu Yaobang and June 4 victims.
