【新唐人2014年06月25日訊】備受外界關注的《廣州日報》社原社長戴玉慶涉嫌受賄一案，6月19號在廣東東莞市中級法院大法庭公開開庭審理。戴玉慶再度當庭舉報廣州市紀委書記王曉玲，涉嫌插手《廣州日報》社工程項目、及涉嫌證券內幕交易等問題。
今年3月，戴玉慶案曾於東莞中院開庭。當天，戴玉慶當庭否認多項指控，並當庭舉報廣州市紀委書記王曉玲插手《《廣州日報》》業務，他說自己多次抵制才招致「打擊報復」。
而在6個月之前，戴玉慶的妻子楊蘭凌也曾實名舉報王曉玲違法違紀等嚴重問題，舉報內容涵蓋基建工程、經營管理等多個領域。當時在廣東巡視的中央巡視組接報後，立即展開調查核實。
據大陸《一財網》6月20號報導，在19號的庭審中，戴玉慶對5筆共250多萬元的受賄控訴全部予以否認。戴玉慶在庭上說，之所以之前承認受賄，是因為受到了「外力壓迫」。他說在辦案過程中，他受到了精神摧殘、暴力恐嚇、噪音裝置干擾睡覺以及催眠等，甚至他已經出現了嚴重的幻聽和幻覺現象。
在戴玉慶被控受賄的250多萬中，最大的一筆來自原《廣州日報》社廣告處副處長常勇強。在庭審當中，辯護律師當庭出示了常勇強的三封手書信件，在這些信件中，常勇強表示「戴玉慶等人的筆錄是指名道姓逼他編造的」。
常勇強在其中一封給廣州中級人民法院的信中寫道：「公訴人起訴我犯受賄罪和行賄罪的指控基本不是事實，我所有供述筆錄都是在遭受刑訊逼供而非法獲取的」。常勇強多次反映這些筆錄是被迫編造的，但反而遭到更變本加厲的折磨。辦案人員甚至當面撕碎常勇強又一次遞交的反映編造筆錄的材料，並強逼他吃下去。
在3月28號的庭審中，法庭曾當庭播放一段常勇強受審的視頻。在這段視頻中，常勇強表現得十分糾結不安，雙手數次抱頭並用力揉搓頭髮，面對檢察人員的逼問，他說：「我不想害人。」
王曉玲2011年當選廣州市紀委書記時，有人質疑她的履歷造假。當時廣州政府官網所公布的履歷顯示，王曉玲15歲已經擔任軍醫學校教員。1988年，王曉玲出任廣州市工商局黨委書記，年僅33歲。「未成年就能當教員嗎？」網民質疑王曉玲簡歷造假。經市民投訴後，政府迅速修改了她的履歷。
原廣東省食品供銷公司經理范一平對《新唐人》表示，十多年來，王曉玲在廣州的聲譽一直很差。

據美國《大紀元時報》報導，王曉玲是中共前政治局常委曾慶紅夫人王鳳清的侄女。王曉玲靠著和曾慶紅的裙帶關係一路高升。據了解，王曉玲辦公室長年掛著她與曾氏夫妻的合影。
范一平：「可能是搞錯了。反正不是情婦就是裙帶關係。她整個晉陞路線都非常詭異的。而且原來就是一個機關小護士，沒有後臺背景怎麼爬那麼快呢？」
廣州市紀委6月20號下午回應說，廣東省紀委對《廣州日報》社原社長戴玉慶及妻子實名舉報廣州市紀委書記王曉玲一事進行了核查，沒有發現舉報所列問題。
大陸網站《四川在線-天府評論》6月20號有一篇署名文章評論說，從1991年開始，王曉玲開始在政壇平步青雲，每一年到兩年就被提拔一次，從廣州市工商局分局辦公室副主任、主任，一路做到廣州市副市長，僅僅用了12年時間，這與她開始工作前20年原地踏步形成強烈反差。
《四川在線》評論說，廣州紀委書記被戴玉慶夫婦「接力」舉報，絕對不是「一件小事」，而是對紀檢部門公信力的一場嚴峻的考驗，需要有關部門認真調查核實。

Guangzhou Daily Director VS. Guangzhou Party Secretary
Former director of Guangzhou Daily, Dai Yuqing went on trial
at the Grand Court of Dongguan City Intermediate People’s
Court on June 19.
He was charged with taking bribes.
In the court, Dai Yuqing again accused Wang Xiaoling,
Party Secretary of Guangzhou City Commission for Discipline
Inspection (CCDI), of meddling in construction and projects
of Guangzhou Daily and conducting insider trading.
In March, Dongguan Intermediate People’s Court had
conducted a hearing on Dai Yuqing’s case.
Dai Yuqing had denied a number of allegations, and reported
in court, Guangzhou CCDI Party Secretary Wang Xiaoling
had intended to meddle in Guangzhou Daily’s businesses,
but only met his resistance.
He was being got back at.
Six months ago, Dai’s wife Yang Lanling had reported
Wang Xiaoling’s serious violations in infrastructure projects
and management when the Central inspection team was
stationed in Guangzhou.
Investigation was initiated then.
Online China Business News reported, Dai Yuqing denied
charges of a total of 2.5 million yuan bribes on the 19th.
Dai exclaimed in court, he had confessed to the bribes due to
‘external pressure.’
During the interrogation, he had been tortured mentally,
physically, deprived of sleep and gone through hypnosis.
He has developed serious hallucinations: seeing
and hearing things.
In the large sum of 2.5 million yuan bribe, Deputy Director
of Advertising in Guangzhou Daily, Chang Yongqiang,
was said to have contributed the highest sum.
In the court, the defense attorney presented three handwritten
letters from Chang Yongqiang.
In the letters, Chang expressed, ‘The confession record
of Dai Yuqing was forcibly fabricated.’
In one of the letters addressed to the court, Chang Yongqiang
wrote, “None of the bribery allegations brought up
by the prosecutor is true.
All of my confession was extorted and illegally acquired."
Chang Yongqiang had repeatedly rebutted these transcripts
as fabricated, but only met more intensified torture.
The investigators also tore up his report of the falsified
confession in front of him and
forced him to eat his shredded report.
In the March 28 trial, the court had played a video clip
of Chang Yongqiang in the interrogation.
In the video, Chang was restless.
He held his head several times and rubbed his hair.
When faced with the prosecutor’s pressing questions,
he answered, “I don’t want to ruin people.”
When Wang Xiaoling was elected Party Secretary
of Guangzhou CCDI in 2011, her resume was questioned.
The Guangzhou official website showed her resume as a teacher
at military medical school aged 15.
In 1988 when Wang became Party Secretary of Guangzhou
City Industry and Commerce Bureau,
she was only 33 years old.
Netizens suspected her resume was a fraud,
“Can a teenager be a teacher?”
The complaints had the government change her resume quickly.

Fan Yiping explains to NTD that for more than a decade,
Wang Xiaoling’s reputation in Guangzhou has been poor.

“Wang Xiaoling’s reputation is bad.
She has been said to be a local mistress of some central
high-ranking official, for more than 10 years."
The Epoch Times had reported earlier that Wang Xiaoling,
the niece of Zeng Qinghong’s wife, had been promoted
through nepotism by former Politburo Standing Committee
member, Zeng Qinghong.
It is understood that a photo showing Wang and Zeng and his
wife has been hung on her office wall for years.
Fan Yiping: “I could be wrong. But, it’s either the mistress
or the nepotism that has promoted her.
She was just a nurse. How can she get on the ladder so quickly
without some background?"
Guangzhou CCDI responded on June 20 about the accusation
of Wang Xiaoling by Dai Yuqing and his wife.
It is claimed that none of that report was true.
A critical article on Tianfu Opinion of Sichuan Online stated
since 1991, Wang Xiaoling began her rise in the political arena.
She was promoted every one or two years, from deputy
director of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce
and Industry, to director ,then vice mayor of Guangzhou,
in just 12 years.
It is a stark contrast to her previous experience of being
a grass roots worker for 20 years.
Sichuan Online commented, it is not “trivial” for the “relay”
report of Dai Yuqing and his wife.
It is a severe test of the credibility of the discipline and
inspection departments.
It requires authorities to conduct serious investigation
and verification.
