【新唐人2014年07月02日訊】51萬香港市民上街 對中共說不
7月1號，香港市民走上街頭，參加「七一」遊行，向北京當局和香港政府說不，這是香港「民間人權陣線」發起的年度遊行，今年的主題是「捍衛香港自主、無懼中央威嚇，接受公民直接提名」。
由於中共發表的有關香港「一國兩制」白皮書，侵害了香港的自由、民主，激起香港市民憤怒，今年參加遊行的人數之多，為歷年少有。
遊行隊伍的龍頭下午3點半開始從維多利亞公園出發，到晚上7點半，最後一批遊行隊伍才離開「維園」，「民陣」估計，參加人數達51萬，不過香港警方說，只有9萬2千人。
學生通宵包圍中環、特首辦 預演佔中
遊行晚上11點半結束後，香港學生組織「學聯」和「學民思潮」，隨即發起通宵佔領中環遮打道，和包圍「特首辦」的行動，迫使政府接受公民提名的政改方案。
「學聯」此前發表的《七一抗命宣言》說，他們相信「當不義成為事實，反抗便是義務」，他們一群學生押下自身前途，甘願承擔法律後果，並非沖昏了頭腦，而是相信只有當香港人挺立街頭，不懼政權，香港才能迎來真正的未來、獲得真正的尊嚴和自主。
學生們表示，他們將在週三早上8點離開。據傳，香港警方準備清晨清場，估計會有衝突發生。
香港「支聯會」主席李卓人和「民主黨」主席何俊仁都表示，他們將與學生一起留守，共同進退，一些香港市民也自動留下守護學生。
律協落井下石 唐吉田、王成聲明維權
中共官方律師團體「中華全國律師協會」6月30號在《法制日報》發表聲明，公開唐吉田、王成等7名維權律師的姓名，聲稱他們是「從未取得律師執業證書或已註銷、被吊銷律師執業證書的人員」，「所從事的活動與律師行業無關」。
7月1號，唐吉田和王成在網上發表聲明回應，指責本該維護律師權益的「律師協會」，充當中共迫害律師的馬前卒，打壓律師。
唐吉田表示，他因辦理異議、信仰等人權案件，和推動律師行業自治（發起北京律協直選等）而觸怒中共當局，被非法吊銷執業證後，以公民身份參與人權案件，為他人提供力所能及的法律幫助，從未刻意隱瞞過沒有執業證的事實。
王成則聲明，「迄今為止浙江省司法廳未通知過本人執業證書已被註銷」。他還表示，將訴諸法律行動，追究全國「律協」、和《法制日報》、及浙江司法廳的法律責任。

Hong Kong People Say “No” To Chinese Communist Party
On July 1, Hong Kong people participated in the July 1 march
saying no to Beijing authorities and Hong Kong government.
This is the annual march in Hong Kong, launched by Civil
Human Rights Front (CHRF).
This year’s march theme is to defend Hong Kong autonomy
without fear of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) intimidation;
Its to have the citizens’ direct nominations accepted.
The CCP white paper made Hong Kong people angry for it
impinged on freedom and democracy.
The large number of marchers is exceptional over
previous years.
The march began from Victoria Park at 15:30hrs. At
19:30hrs , the last batch of the procession left Victoria Park.
CHRF estimated march numbers of 510 thousand; but the Hong
Kong police said only 92 thousand.
Students Surround Central and Chief Executive’s Office
Overnight
Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS) and Scholarism
launched campaigns of overnight occupation in Central and
surrounded the Chief Executive’s Office once the march
finished at 23:30 hours.
They want to force the government to accept the reform
proposal of civic nomination.
HKFS published a July 1st disobedience declaration saying
that resistance is obligation when injustice becomes reality.
Their students are willing to take the legal consequences by
betting their future.
They believe Hong Kong can have a real future with dignity
and autonomy.
However this will only happen if Hong Kong people stand
on the street without fear of the regime.
The students said they will leave at 08:00 hrs on Wednesday.
The Hong Kong Police are expected to do a clean- up in
the morning. So a conflict might occur.
Chairman of The Hong Kong Alliance, Lee Cheuk-yan and
chairman of the Democratic Party Albert Ho said they would
stick together with the students. Some Hong Kong people
volunteered to stay and guard the students.
The Lawyer Association Publically Shame 7 Lawyers
On June 30, China official lawyer group, All China Lawyers
Association publicly issued a statement in the Legal Daily.
This said that 7 human right lawyers including Tang Jitian,
Wang Cheng either never obtained a lawyer practice
certificate or it was revoked. What work they did was
unrelated to the law practice.
On July 1, Tang Jitian and Wang Cheng issued a statement in
response.
They accused the bar association’s suppression on lawyers
as acting as the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) pawn.
The bar association should be safeguarding the lawyers’
interests.
Tang Jitian offended the CCP by taking care of some human
rights cases about objections and beliefs;
He promoted legal profession autonomy. His practice
certificate was illegally revoked.
Tang never deliberately concealed the fact he had no practice
certificate when he provided legal help to others.
Wang Cheng said that he was not notified by Zhejiang Justice
Department about the cancellation of his practice certificate.
He said he would take legal action to sue the bar association,
Legal Daily and Zhejiang Justice Department.
