CCP Mouthpieces Warned Investigation of Xu Caihou Only
Start of the Anti-corruption Campaign

The latest issue of Hong Kong ‘s Phoenix Weekly magazine used,
“Behind Investigation of Xu Caihou, a National Traitor"
as its cover story.

It reported inside stories about corruption of the former
Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission.
According to the report, over a ton of cash bills were found
in Xu ‘s mansion and confiscated properties had filled more
than ten trucks.

Liu Yazhou, former political commissar of China’s National
Defense University, said the investigation of Xu is only the
start of the battle.

On Nov.20, Phoenix Weekly released a cover story titled,
“Behind Investigation of Xu Caihou, a National Traitor",
which revealed many facts about the
investigation of Xu Caihou.
The article stated, on the evening of March 15, officers from
the CCP ‘s Military Procuratorate made a thorough inspection of
Xu ‘s 2000-square-meter mansion in Beijing.

They thought Xu had moved his properties away, but were
soon astonished by what they saw in the mansion.

The article said, piles of cash were found in the basement.
Among them, dollar and euro bills weighed over one ton.
There were also a large number of rare hardwoods
and jade products.
Piles of nephrites were left intact.

Officers also found antiques, calligraphies and paintings from
different dynasties of China and numerous jewelry
of all kinds.

To carry away the confiscated property piling up like a
mountain, officers had to call over ten military trucks.
It took more than 10 days to complete the list of
all confiscated properties.

The article also revealed Xu Caihou had a secret room of cash
in the basement of his former office, the August 1st Building.
The room was watched by his secretary and a female soldier.

As Xu is a womanizer he had a sexual relationship with
that female soldier.
After Xu ‘s retirement, the female soldier took away all the
cash with a truck and then “disappeared".

According to the article, so many people had visited Xu ‘s
mansion for a promotion.
As a result, Xu ‘s wife, daughter, secretary and even drivers
had lined their pockets.
Xu ‘s wife, daughter and secretary were all detained on the
same day of confiscating Xu ‘s property.

Zhao Yuanming, a senior legal scholar said, as Phoenix Weekly
is a subordinate to Phoenix TV, whose CEO has a special
political background as a former CCP military officer.

Zhao thus believes it can be CCP leaders who used the article
to intentionally reveal some facts to the public.

Zhao Yuanming, senior legal scholar: “Xu Caihou is
Jiang Zemin ‘s most favorite person in the army, and can even
be called Jiang ‘s delegate.
Xu was in charge of personnel affairs, including the
promotion of military officers.
Therefore those properties must be tributes from those
bribers, either by their own will or demanded by Xu.
Nobody knows now how many CCP military officers got
promoted via bribery.
This is even more horrifying than the corruption problems."

Zhao said, Xu held power of personnel appointment and removal
for nearly 20 years in the CCP ‘s army.
He embezzled military properties, sold arms, traded official
positions and even took part in
live organ harvesting and Jiang ‘s coup.

On March 15, Xu was investigated by the CCP Central Committee.
On June 30, Xu was expelled from the party.
On Oct. 27, the military announced that the investigation was
completed and Xu ‘s case was transferred to
the judicial authority.

On Oct.28, the CCP made an official announcement, mentioning
twice that Xu had received
“extremely huge amount of briberies".

The announcement further warned that there would no
appeasement to any individual involved in the case.

On Nov.20, Liu Yazhou wrote an article for the
Liberation Army Daily.
Liu wrote: the punishment over corrupt officers like Xu Caihou
and Gu Junshan is only a start of the
anti-corruption campaign.

The campaign will be a long war, but include storms
in assaulting “strongholds".

Hu Ping, editor-in-chief of Beijing Spring magazine:
“Xu ‘s fall has a very wide impact. The reason is, all
promotions of military officers needed his
approval in over a decade.
The CCP said Xu ‘s major crime is trade of officer positions.

So we can easily imagine that high-ranking military officers
who had bribed Xu are over all the state.
Probably very few generals are innocent if making serious
investigation into them."

Apply Daily quoted overseas sources that nearly 200 incumbent
or retired military officers have been investigated on
corruption charges following Xu ‘s fall.

Boxun (boxun.com) reported that at least 8 CCP generals were
dismissed during Xi Jinping ‘s visit to Australia ‘s G20 summit.

Liu Yinquan, former Chinese professor of history, commented
that Xu was not the only one who traded officer
positions for money.

Guo Boxiong, another of Jiang ‘s delegation in the army,
probably had done the same.

Liu Yinquan: “Guo and Xu were both promoted by Jiang Zemin.

As we know, after Jiang became the CCP ‘s secretary-general,
those two skyrocketed from army-level officers to
Central Military Commission members, and finally became
vice chairman of the commission.
It is probable that they shared embezzled funds and briberies
with Jiang Zemin."

said, Jiang Zemin would be unavoidably involved as
Xu Caihou and Guo Boxiong would be tried.
Jiang ‘s faction will be completely eliminated in
the near future.

Boxun released another report on Nov.20, revealing that the
investigation against Guo Boxiong had begun 3 weeks ago.
Boxun said, over 20 generals had been arrested.
