河北數百業主維權遭警察毆打
河北省邯鄲市「趙都新城陶然居」數百名業主，25號到邯鄲市委門前維權，抗議開發商欺詐銷售。當地政府不但不管，還出動大批警察鎮壓，致使多人被毆打，近十名業主被抓捕。
據了解，邯鄲趙都新城是邯鄲地區最大的舊城改造項目，旗下陶然居小區業主在交房的時候，發現房屋面積被虛增7-11平米不等，而且要求業主必須補款，還電話騷擾業主，引發了業主的不滿。
湖南方愛群被警察暴力迫害
據「法論大法明慧網」26號報導，湖南省寧鄉縣法輪功學員方愛群，11月1號在一個小區內發放法輪大法真相資料時，被寧鄉玉潭鎮派出所非法抓捕，5名警察以扯她頭髮、用肘關節捅她臉等暴力手段，強迫她按手印和驗血，之後，非法拘留了她10天。方愛群從拘留所回家後，手背還留有烏黑色，手臂下的肋骨痛，頸痛。
訪民看守所內突然死亡報料人被帶走
據大陸《民生觀察》網站26號報導，遼寧省遼陽市文勝區52歲的訪民王躍，13號被截訪人員從北京帶回當地後，被關押在遼陽看守所內，15號突然在看守所內死亡。向《民生觀察》爆料的訪民王桂蘭，24號也被警察帶走，目前下落不明。
廣西600武警暴力征地
據海外《中國茉莉花革命》網站26號報導，因為修建崇靖高速公路，廣西省大新縣雷平鎮三倫村新品屯的土地被徵用，但是農民們沒有得到賠償，日前村民集體到工地阻止施工。25號，當地政府派出600名武警、警察攜同警犬進村抓人，最少18名村民被抓，幾十輛車被壓壞。

The followings are the rights defending activities in China.
Police Assault Hundreds of Property Protesters
Hundreds of property owners of Handan City, Hebei Province,
protested against developer’s fraudulent sales on Nov. 25 in
front of the municipal party committee building.
The Local government ignored their demands and dispatched
police to suppress the protest.
Many protesters were beaten and about
10 owners were arrested.
The largest, local urban renewal project in Handan demanded
higher prices for the new housing for an unlawfully
increased area of 7 to 11 sq meters.
The owners are very displeased and troubled
with the additional cost and frequent phone harassment.
Hunan Police Illegal Assault Fang Aiqun
Minghui.org reported on Nov. 26 that Fang Aiqun, a Falun Gong
practitioner in Hunan was unlawfully arrested on Nov. 1
for distributing flyers about the persecution of Falun Gong locally.
Five police forcibly obtained her thumbprints and drew
blood by pulling her hair and belting her in the face with their
elbows.
She was unlawfully detained for 10 days.
Upon returning home, her arms had dark bruising
and her ribs and neck had enduring pains.
Petitioner Suddenly Dies in Detention Center
The Chinese Website, msguancha.com, reported on Nov. 26
that a 52-year-old petitioner from Liaoning Province, Wang Yue,
was brought back to his local from his petition trip to Beijing
on Nov. 13.
In the local detention center, Wang Yue died suddenly
on the 15th.
A petitioner, Wang Guilan, who revealed this incident
to msguancha.com was also taken away by the police
on the Nov. 24 and has been missing since.
600 Guangxi Armed Police Assist Blatant Land Grab
Chinese Jasmine Revolution website reported on the 26th,
that local villagers’ land was appropriated for highway
construction in Daxin County of Guangxi Province.
But, the villagers receive no compensation over the
blatant land grab.
Villagers tried to stop the construction but encountered
600 armed police dispatched by the local government.
The police showed up with police dogs, arrested at least
18 villagers, and damaged dozens of vehicles.
