【新唐人2014年12月25日訊】稱幫江澤民妹存30萬億 臺女獲罪
香港地區法院12月23號裁定一名台灣女子偽造文件罪名成立，將於明年1月22號判刑。
據《法國國際廣播電臺》報導，現年60歲的台灣女子華立慧和另外3個人，今年3月26號，在香港滙豐銀行，出示兩張價值30萬億美元的存證文件，聲稱是幫助中共前黨魁江澤民的胞妹處理一筆交易，要求與銀行高層見面。銀行職員查證後，證實有關文件和戶口屬假，於是報警求助。
香港地區法院23號裁定，華立慧使用兩張偽造存款證書，和兩張偽造存款確定書，意圖行騙滙豐銀行職員，罪名成立，將被判刑。
22疑似新疆人偷越國境 1人被擊斃
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，12月21號，22名疑似新疆人經廣西偷越中國國境，被預先埋伏的中共警察包圍，一人在反抗中被擊斃，其餘21人被捕。
報導說，海外維人組織「世界維吾爾大會」發言人迪裡夏提表示，目前維族人極力逃出中國，哪裏方便就哪裏去。迪裡夏提估計，這次事件原因錯綜複雜，並對希望逃離中國者遭到武力壓製表示擔憂，他說，逃亡的人正在進一步增多。
中共喉舌《新華社》報導了這次事件，但沒有公布22名試圖偷渡者的身份，只說他們是「宗教極端份子」。
山西訪民被截回當地 遭亂棍打死
山西省大同市農民杜廣，因不滿土地被政府非法占有，多次到北京上訪，今年5月10號，他被截訪人員從北京截回，關押到當地派出所。但是後來，杜廣離奇死在路邊。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，杜廣的兒子說，有消息透露，是鄉政府派人從派出所接走了他父親，帶到離派出所一千米外，用鐵棍打死。
杜廣的兒子說，他父親死時，頭部有兩處3至4厘米的傷口，右眼眉骨骨折，雙眼被打盲，身體各處都有損傷。目前兇手已抓到，但是幕後元兇還逍遙法外。

Taiwanese Woman Found Guilty of Fraud Using
Jiang Zemin’s Sister
On Dec.23, a Hong Kong District Court found a Taiwanese
woman guilty of using fake bank documents.
The woman will be sentenced on Jan. 22, 2015.
A RFI report said, the 60-year-old Taiwanese woman
Hwa Sih-hul and three others visited HSBC and showed
two deposit documents worth $30 trillion. They also
requested a meeting with top officials of the bank.
They alleged that they were working on a deal on behalf
of Jiang Zemin’s younger sister.
After verification, HSBC staff found that the documents
were not real and called police.
On Dec. 23, Hong Kong’s District Court convicted Hwa Sih-hul
of fraud against HSBC.
She used two fake deposit forms and two fake deposit
confirmations. She will be sentenced next month.
22 Xinjiang Residents Ambushed by Police
Attempting to Cross The Boarder
According to Radio Free Asia, 22 Xinjiang people were
ambushed by police when they tried to cross the boarder
in Guangxi province. One was shot to death and all
others were arrested.
World Uyghur Congress spokesperson Dilshat Reshit said,
currently many Uyghur people are making all efforts to
escape from China. They go anywhere else if possible.
Dilshat Reshit said the cause of the incident could be
complicated.
He expressed concern over the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) violent suppression of those fleeing the country.
The number of fleeing Uighurs is still increasing.
The Party propaganda media mouthpiece Xinhua also
reported the incident.
But the report did not cover the identities of the 22 people.
Xinhua only claimed they were “religious extremists".
Shanxi Petitioner Killed After Being Forcibly Repatriated
Du Guang, a peasant living in Datong, Shanxi province,
petitioned Beijing many times as the local government
had illegally occupied his land. On May 10, Du was forcibly
taken back to home by hired interceptors against petitioners.
Du was detained at the local police station, but
later was found dead by the road.
According to Radio Free Asia, Du Guang’s son was told by
sources that the township government sent people to take
his father out of the police station, and kill him with iron
bars about 1000 meters away.
Du Guang’s son said, his father’s body had two wounds of
3 to 4 centimeters long.
The right brow bone was also broken and both eyes were
blind from to violence.
There were also many other injures on the body.
Although the murderer was caught, the ones behind the
scene still remain at large.
