史雲生清雞湯250毫升 250ml Swanson Chicken Broth
鯪魚肉150克 150g minced fish
雞蛋三隻 3 eggs
蟹味菇40克（其他菇也可） 40g Brown beech mushrooms
100毫升水 100ml water
調味料： Seasoning:
紹興酒一茶匙 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
麻油¼茶匙 1/4 tsp sesame oil
胡椒粉1/6茶匙 1/6 tsp white ground pepper
適量芫荽蔥 Handful of chopped spring onion & coriander
