Chinese Communist Party Officials Believe In Fengshui

Ancient mystical beliefs have been banned by the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP), but nowadays they rise again in China.
CCP officials all the way down to the village party secretaries
have superstitious beliefs in feng shui.
Even government officials have an increasing tendency to stay
out of trouble for the promotion and fulfilling of personal
prophecies when doing the budget.
Let’s see the following reports:

An article in the New York Times pointed out that
along with the decline of Marxist ideology in China,
ancient mystical beliefs banned by the CCP
are on the increase again.
Atheist officialdom in China is increasingly interested in
the supernatural shortcuts to wealth and power.
Even by using feng shui, which
was considered to be superstitious.

New York Times said Liu Zhijun, former Minister of Railways
consulted a feng shui master in the construction of the world’s
largest high-speed railroad network.
This feng shui master will choose the so-called ecliptic
auspicious day for large construction projects.

Liu Zhijun Was Dismissed In 2011 And Was Sued Last Month.

Liu Zhijun was accused of accepting nearly 1 billion yuan bribe,
and having 18 mistresses, as well as believing in feudal superstition.

Among Chinese Communist Party (CCP) corrupted officials,
many were superstitious about their own promotion.

In November, 2012, there were media reports that Yang Hong,
the CCP secretary in Lingshi, Shanxi province desired promotion.
He believed changing a city name can make one’s life better, so
he renamed a scenic area from Shigao Mountain to Shi Alpine.
But a month later, Yang was investigated for corruption.

In February 2010, Cui Xin Yuan, the CCP secretary in Gaoyi,
Hebei Province placed a retired fighter in the middle of
the street opposite the central government buildings,
so that he could get rapid promotion.
But later on, he was jailed for 13 years due to bribery and
selling positions of officers.

In 2009, Gulang County, a state-level poverty-stricken
county in Gansu Province, spent nearly 10 million yuan
to move a 369-ton boulder 9 km away from the county,
because a feng shui master said it can block the evil spirits.
Guangzhou Daily said as part of the moving ceremony,
the county head walked 99 meters kneeling down every three steps to welcome the boulder.

Chinese independent commentator Li Shanjian said, “the
CCP as a faith, after so many years, is completely bankrupt.
Nearly 100% of its own senior officials and members,
no longer believe in the so-called Communism.”

Li Shanjian believes CCP officials’ true faith
is money and power.
Without any beliefs they sometimes want to seek
sustenance from the ancient Chinese beliefs.
As they are all utilitarian they don’t know the importance
of virtues in man and nature.

The independent commentator Xing Tianxing said,
“Feng shui works, but before feng shui, there is virtue.
The officials now have nothing to do with morality,
the CCP is a group that is morally degenerated.
They actually found feng shui really works, so they use it to
bless their own promotions, fortune and not to be punished.
It makes them keen to use it."

A 2007 report of China’s National School of Administration
shows that 52% of China’s county-level civil clerks believe in
signs, physiognomy, astrology or dreams.
Professor Cheng Ping participating in the investigation said,

many officials acting according to feng shui had become
treacherous and shameless.
They don’t have any responsibility to the public,
and promotion is not the result of hard work, but from groups and relationships.

The report is an irony to the CCP who ordered 82 million
members to only worship the hammer and sickle.

Some sources said that Hu Deping, eldest son of Hu Yaobang,
a former CCP leader, wrote on microblog at the end of last year,
“All of our media are full of lies! No one word of truth.

Everywhere is singing the praises of the CCP.
96% of our officials have corruption and mistresses.”
Hu Deping warned that “it is very dangerous, when people
stop playing with us, we will come to an end.”

Xing Tianxing: “Their morality is corrupted,
and they don’t know the basis of their faith is morality.
They should really exercise their power to do more
good things for the people.
They do not understand this. So they just are evil.”

Xing Tianxing also pointed out these officials with no virtue
are taking measures in Feng Shui, worshiping Buddha, and
making friends with other people in the community and using
other means, to get themselves blessed and change their fate.
It does not work. Because the truth of ‘good meets good
and evil meets evil’ has gone beyond those levels.
