Masanjia Victims Wrote An Accusation Letter To Xi Jinping

Since fraudulent reports denying the tortures in Masanjia
forced labor camp were released by the
Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) mouthpiece media,
Masanjia victims have continuously protested against them.
Recently, ten victims jointly wrote a letter of accusation to the
CCP secretary-general Xi Jinping, urging the CCP to tell the truth.

The Epoch Times reported that Liu Hua, Hao Wei and eight
other victims of torture in Masanjia went to the Propaganda Department,
Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Public Security
on May 21st and 22nd protesting against fraudulent reports.

The report quoted one victim Hao Wei, who revealed
they were seeking help from lawyers to bring a suit to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Procuratorate.
Hao Wei also said there were a great number of Masanjia
victims;
they would stand out in droves to bring law suits and
joint signatures were currently being collected from them.

Hao Wei said the so-called “Liaoning Investigation Group”
were completely lying.
All ten victims were witnesses of violence and persecution in
Masanjia as they had experienced the tortures themselves.
They would not stop pursuing the case until the CCP
completely restores the truth.

The Chinese magazine “Lens” published an investigation
report “Walk out of Masanjia” last month.
This disclosed that women prisoners in Masanjia forced
labor camp have been brutally tortured.
The report astonished the public and was quickly reprinted
by China’s web portals. All were deleted shortly afterwards.

The CCP media, Xinhua Agency and people.com.cn then
published so-called “investigation reports” of Masanjia,
which deny the tortures such as “electric shocking”,
“tiger bench”, “deathbed” and “hanging”.
This aroused intense anger among Masanjia victims.

It was later found the deputy leader of “Liaoning Investigation
Group” was once head of Masanjia forced labor camp.

Apparently Bo Xilai To Face Trial Shortly, Facing Death
Sentence With Reprieve

According to a report of Taiwan’s Central News Agency on
May 26th a source revealed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
investigation on former Chongqing party secretary Bo Xilai was
finished and the trial would follow soon afterwards.

The report said, since Bo was removed from posts last year,
the CCP had carried out a comprehensive investigation of him.
His corruption, bribery and power abuse crimes were confirmed
at the end of 2012. The trial should have started long ago.

However, Bo Xilai’s case also involves a large group of
officials, many of whom still remain at high positions.
The trial of Bo Xilai will inevitably drag down some “important
persons”, possibly impacting on China’s political situation.
So the official date of trial has been delayed again and again.

Currently, the CCP’s leader group has reached a consensus
about the conviction of Bo Xilai.
Technically, mock trials of Bo have also been successfully
made many times.
Therefore, it is believed that the real trial will come very soon.

The source also revealed that, to their knowledge the charges
against Bo Xilai include huge corruption, taking large bribes,
power abuse and several others.

Bo will be finally be sentenced to death with a reprieve,
the same as his wife Gu Kailai.
