The Chinese Communist Party Prevents
Hong Kong Democratization

The Hong Kong Occupy Central campaign has lasted 2 weeks.

The stalemate between the government and protesters is still
ongoing.
The criticism of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
mouthpiece media towards the Occupy Central protesters
has become increasingly aggressve.

One of the CCP media deceptions is that Hong Kong never
had democracy during the 155 years of British rule.

According to the Financial Times report on Oct. 13, the
recent decrypted file from the British Foreign Office shows
that the British proposed Hong Kong democratization since
1950, which was strongly resisted by the CCP senior levels.
They claimed to take extreme measures, including full
occupation, to prevent British action.

The report, included an associate professor of sociology
at Johns Hopkins University in the UK Kong Gaofeng
who spoke about the British promotion of Hong Kong
decolonization and representative government.
He said the UK also received similar threats
from the CCP in the1960’s and 70’s.

It appears that the UK launched several measures to achieve
Hong Kong democratization in the next few decades.
These were repealed by the CCP.

The Financial Times commented that the CCP claim about
The British is even worse.
Its is not only untrue, but is to distract from the real
problems.

12 People Sentenced to Death in Xinjiang
Shache County

On Oct. 13, Kashgar intermediate Court made the first trial
decision for Shache County assault which occurred on July 28.
They sentenced 12 people to death publicly.

They also sentenced 15 to death, suspended for two years;
nine life imprisonments and 20 prison terms.

The media seldom reported on the trial and the taking of
evidence process.
So people are unclear about the trial and the
defense; or if these defendants will appeal.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) mouthpiece media
reported that the July 28 case resulted in 37 innocent deaths.
35 of which were Han, 2 were Uyghurs, 13 were injured
and there were 31 smashed vehicles including six burned.

The World Uyghur Congress exiled spokesman Dilixiati told
British Broadcasting Corporation Chinese website, it was
hundreds of Uyghurs using sticks against CCP suppression
according to the information provided by local Uyghurs.

Dilixiati said: “There were 21 to 24 Uyghur killed.

13 Han people from police and government were killed.
In addition, 67 Uyghur were arrested."

Dilixiati said the released number by the CCP is too
different from what they have.
He accused the CCP of distorting facts of Uyghurs’ protests."

Mainland Scholar Activist Guo Yushan is Detained

Mainland scholar activist Guo Yushan, who assisted the blind
human right lawyer to escape the house arrest, was detained
by Beijing police on Oct. 9 on charges of causing trouble.
He is in the Beijing first detention center.

On Oct. 12, Guo Yushan’s wife confirmed it. But she did not
know the exact reason for Guo Yushan’s arrest.

Chinese authorities recently arrested a number of artists who
publicly supported the Hong Kong democracy movement.
But Guo Yushan’s friends said they did not see any public
statement from Guo Yushan on the Hong Kong issue.
They said, Guo Yushan acts low-key.

The US Wall Street Journal reported that this is the latest
legal action to suppress the legal activists by the CCP.
