食材份量 Ingredients (八人份量 for 8 people)
454g 一头鲍 (罐头) 454g whole piece canned abalone
16只厚身冬菇 16 large Shittake mushrooms
300克生菜 300g lettuce
20克金华火腿 20g Jinhua ham
40克红葱头 40g shallot
30克蒜头 30g garlic cloves
20g两片厚切姜片 20g ginger (2 thick slices)
调味 Seasoning:
两茶匙生抽 2 tsp soy sauce
一汤匙蚝油 1 TBS oyster sauce
一汤匙绍兴酒 1 TBS Shaoxing wine
¼茶匙盐 ¼ tsp salt
半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar
1½茶匙生粉加1汤匙水 1½ potato starch mix with 1 TBS water
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
