高筋面粉 200g storng flour
水 400ml water 400ml
盐 1茶匙 salt 1tsp
韭菜馅材料:
韭菜末 300g minced leek 300g
姜末 20g minced ginger 20g
虾米切碎 15g chopped dried shrimp 15g
盐 1/2茶匙 salt 1/2tsp
糖 1/2茶匙 sugar 1/2 tsp
胡椒 少许 ground white pepper
酱油 1茶匙 soy sauce 1tsp
红葱酥油 1大匙 crispy shallot oil 1tbsp
地瓜粉 1大匙(可以防止韭菜出水) tapioca starch 1tbsp
