【新唐人2012年7月14日訊】近期，在軍隊的頭頭腦腦全面向胡錦濤表忠心的同時，軍隊和武警將領也在進行大洗牌，其中與薄熙來勾結，企圖發動政變的軍頭們得到了全面清理，胡錦濤完全控制了局面，周永康等「血債派」在掙扎中，已經失去活力，中國的政局變動似乎在向本臺幾個月前預報的方向發展。外界認為目前的軍中大換血，是在徹底清洗江系的同時，加強國防，為十八大順利召開保駕護航。
中共十八大召開在即，政法體繫在最後一輪地方換屆中進行了重大調整，隨後，軍隊政委也開始重新洗牌。 7月11號，武警天津市總隊召開任職命令大會，任命王獻華為總隊政委。同一天，解放軍駐港政委王增缽調任成都軍區副政委，廣州軍區某集團軍原政委岳世鑫調任駐港部隊政委。
《新唐人》4月曾獨家報導，薄熙來策劃過拉攏並收買蘭州軍區，企圖空襲北京的消息。
而在11號的「空軍八一」飛行表演隊，和「八一」跳傘隊巡演中，觀看表演的蘭州軍區將領們全是新的面孔，官方媒體首次披露2012年夏季以來，空軍和蘭州軍區將領調整結果。
蘭州軍區空軍政委房建國中將新任空軍副政委。房建國留下的蘭州軍區空軍政委一職，由空軍後勤部原政委劉健接任。
新任蘭州軍區副政委苗華少將任蘭州軍區政治部主任。南京軍區空軍原政治部副主任季鳳君少將升任蘭州軍區空軍副政委，接替黃永垠少將。
曾在山東任教的歷史學教授劉因全認為，這次部隊高層的大調整，不僅清洗了江澤民賣國的腐敗勢力，同時顯示胡錦濤準備對東海和南海採取強硬措施。
劉因全：「我們從幹部調整這些人員看，親江澤民的力量、親薄熙來的力量，這一些腐敗的將領大部分都會得到調整，在這樣的情況下，我預計中央軍委主席胡錦濤他的權力會進一步強化，另外有一些對外態度強硬的幹部得到了調整，你像王登平，調到南海戰隊當政委，那樣顯示中共有可能在南海來採取強硬的態度。」
現任國防部長梁光烈也被扯進薄熙來陰謀政變的關係中，去年11月10號，正當胡錦濤去夏威夷參加APEC會議的時候，成都軍區在重慶舉行了一次軍事演習。梁光烈作為國防部長出席這次軍演，同時出席軍演的還有成都軍區司令員李世明、政委田修忠、副政委劉長銀、參謀長艾虎生、西藏軍區司令員楊金山，以及雲南、貴州、四川三省省軍區司令員。
按照中共慣例，只有軍委主席才有權發動軍事演習，重慶這次不同尋常的軍事演習，外界認為是薄熙來發動軍事政變的預演。
劉因全分析，薄熙來為了建立薄家王朝，不斷讓自己的兒子拋頭露面，並且企圖用武力來奪取政權，在中國實行法西斯主義。
劉因全：「他要達到目地，怎麼辦﹖一是拉朧政法委，他和政法委書記周永康結盟，在就是和一些就是有野心的軍頭來建立薄家王朝，這一次調整，(胡錦濤)一定要把薄熙來拉朧的這些軍頭、和薄熙來配合陰謀奪權的這些軍頭，清洗掉。」
《中國事務》雜誌主編伍凡表示，最近軍隊頭頭腦腦一律向胡錦濤表示效忠，以及部隊將領大換血，都是在徹底清洗薄熙來人馬。與此同時，胡錦濤也在安排前線人馬。伍凡說，只有這樣，胡錦濤才能安心的開18大。
伍凡：「他的組織部署和人員部署，完全是圍繞著忠心胡錦濤的這一個標準，第二個， 現在東海和南海局勢有點緊張，也要把一些人員，一些自己信得過的放到作戰部隊。」
另外，海南軍區也作了調整，劉新取代劉鼎興成為海南省軍區政委，免去楊永海的海南省軍區副司令員職務，並任命謝建良為海南省軍區副政治委員，吳烈衝為海南省軍區政治部主任。
北海、南海艦隊也換上了軍中的強硬派。原北海艦隊政委王登平轉任廣州軍區副政委兼南海艦隊政委，原北海艦隊航空兵政委白文奇升任海軍北海艦隊政委。

Cleansing Jiang’s faction in the Army before the 18th Conference
“Recently, while leaders in the army expressed
full loyalty to Hu Jintao,
generals of army and armed police are also
being reshuffled,
including those colluding with Bo Xilai

While the 18th Chinese Communist Congress is near,
the political and legal system just had a major adjustment,
followed by the army political commissar reshuffle.
On July 11,
The Armed Police Tianjin Corps held a General Assembly,
Wang Xianhua was appointed Corps Political Commissar.
The same day, Hong Kong, People’s Liberation Army
Political Commissar Wang Zengbo was transferred to
Chengdu as the deputy political commissar of the
military region;
former political commissar of the Guangzhou Military
Region army Yue Shixin became the political commissar of the Hong Kong Garrison.
“New Tang Dynasty" reported in April that Bo had tried
to rope in and buy off the Lanzhou Military Region and planned air strikes on Beijing.
During the tour of “Air Force 81 “flight demonstration team
and the Army parachute team tour,
commanders of Lanzhou Military Region watching
the performances were all new faces.
Official media disclosed, for the first time in summer of 2012,
the adjustment in the Air Force and Lanzhou Military Region.
The new Air Force deputy political commissar
Fang Jianguo will replace Wang Jinxiang.
Fang’s vacancy will be filled by Liu Jian,
political commissar of Air Force Logistics.
Major General Miao Hua will be deputy political
commissar of the Lanzhou Military Region.
Major General Ji Fengjun of Nanjing Military Region
is promoted to deputy political commissar.
Ji Fengjun will replace Huang Yungeun
of Lanshou Military Region Air Force.
Liu Yinquan, former professor of history in Shandong,
believes that a large scale of adjustment not only cleanses;
Jiang’s corrupt forces but also shows Hu Jintao’s preparation
of taking tough measures against the East and South China Sea.
Liu: “We see from these cadres adjustment, the majority of
pro-Jiang Zemin’s and pro-Bo Xilai forces will be re-adjusted.
I expect that Hu Jintao will further strengthen his power.
In addition, other hard-liners towards foreign powers
have also been re-adjusted.
For example, Wang Dengping’s transferring to
the South China Sea indicates that
the Chinese regime will take a strong stand
in the South China Sea."
The incumbent Defense Minister Liang Guanglie was also
drawn into the Bo Xilai conspiracy coup on Nov. 10, 2011.
While President Hu Jintao was at the APEC meeting
in Hawaii when a military exercise was held in Chongqing.
Liang as defense secretary attended the exercises,
along with Li Shiming,
commander of the Chengdu Military Region
political commissar Tian Xiu Zhong,
deputy political commissar Liu Changyin,
the chief of staff Yi Hu Sheng,
Yang Jinshan of Tibet Military Area Command, as well as
Commander of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces.
According to the rule, only the chairman of the CMC
has the honor of holding military exercises.
Outsiders believe that Bo Xilai was rehearsing for a
military coup with this unusual military move.
Liu analyzed that in order to establish his dynasty,
Bo Xilai constantly led his son into the spotlight,
and attempted to use force to seize political power
in China to implement a fascist government.
Liu: “He wants to achieve his goal. What should he do then?
First, he formed an alliance with the secretary
of Politics and Law Committee, such as Zhou Yongkang,
he used ambitious military leaders to build his dynasty.
Thus, Hu must get rid of these military leaders
who had conspired with Bo to seize power. “
Chinese Affairs editor Wu Fan stated, recently,
the army leaders swore their allegiance to Hu and
the big shake-up in the army was a way
to cleanse Bo Xilai’s gang thoroughly.
At the same time, Hu Jintao also had arranged
front-line troops.
Only by doing so, could Hu feel safe for the
opening of the 18th National Congress Conference.
Wu Fan: “His organization and the deployment of personnel,
emphasizes completely the loyalty towards Hu Jintao.
Besides, he is a little nervous over the situation in the
East China Sea and South China Sea,
so he wants to have some of their trusted staff among
the combat troops."
In addition, he made an adjustment in the Hainan Military:
Liu Xin replaces Liu Dingxing as Hainan Military Region
Political Commissar,
Yang Yonghai was dismissed as Hainan Military Region
Deputy Commander;
Xie Jian Liang will be deputy political commissar
of Hainan Military Region;
Wu Liezhong will be Director of Hainan
Military District Political Department.
In the North Sea and South China Sea Fleet,
hard-liners were placed in the military.
Political commissar of the North Sea Fleet Wang Dengping
was transferred to the Guangzhou Military Region.
Political commissar of the South China Sea Fleet,
Bai Wen Qi was promoted to political commissar of the North China Sea Fleet.
