【新唐人2012年8月9日訊】中國遼寧瀋陽市為明年全國運動會籌集經費，當局以「打假」的名義對商戶進行重罰，瀋陽和周邊的商戶紛紛關門罷市，抗議當局的搶錢行為。分析指出，中共經濟難以維持，賣地掠奪民脂民膏這種方式已經走不下去，因此變著花樣對工商業主進行搜刮。
8月6號，網路上議論紛紛，說「瀋陽，跟鬼子進村一樣，各種店舖，市場都關了，連洗澡堂和藥店也關了，整個商業停擺，連瓶醬油都買不到，氣氛恐怖，人心惶惶。」。
大陸媒體透露，明年瀋陽全運會的經費缺口高達十幾億元，遼寧省地方當局將籌集經費的指標下達給各市，各市又攤派到工商戶，瀋陽工商、衛生、環保、稅務、消防和公安等部門趁機聯合「執法查證」。但他們藉著「打假」的名義對商戶進行罰款，方法無所不用其極。
瀋陽網友肖莉在騰迅微博說「 瀋陽五愛市場、南湖五金市場、華翔五金市場等先後被查，檢查以打假、手續不全等各種明目找業主的麻煩，被檢查業戶，無一例外均為不合格。賣牙籤的因為沒有森林砍伐證罰款5000；賣豆腐的因為沒戴口罩罰款5000……」
一名五愛街商鋪的業主告訴新唐人，當局所謂的「打假」，7月中旬已經開始，前兩天，大小商鋪都關上門，不願再跟當局玩下去了。
五愛街商鋪業主「我們都關了，頭兩天，因為瀋陽整個查嘛，他們說2013年開全運會沒有錢，罰錢，就是說幾乎都是小毛病，五證甚麼三證啊，健康證，反正所有的逮著你就罰錢，逮著大的地方5萬、10萬、小的地方3萬、兩萬，就這麼罰。」
瀋陽市的商戶最近紛紛關門停業，集體抗議政府的搶錢行為。目前，這股停業潮正從瀋陽向周邊中小城市蔓延，包括鞍山、撫順、丹東等地都出現類似的情況，不分行業，閉門謝客。
7號，遼寧公安局貼出告示通知說，瀋陽「打假」暫停。五愛街商鋪業主說，當局出動軍隊在街頭廣播，說有人煽動造謠，嚇得許多商戶開門了，但還有一部分沒開。
「權利運動」組織負責人胡軍指出，瀋陽發生的這種事情在外界看來很荒謬，其實在中國卻是很普遍的一種現象。
「權利運動」負責人胡軍： 「我們現在可以看到房地產這塊，賣地這一塊，（中共）掠奪民脂民膏這種方式已經走不下去的話，那就想辦法對工商業主進行搜刮的掠奪。它這種掠奪又不能採取明目張膽的方式，它就變著花樣，想盡一切辦法來採取措施，為掠奪找藉口。」
胡軍說，中共的專制體制，本身就是一種掠奪式的經濟體系。
胡軍：「它（中共）是完全靠掠奪的，它不是靠人與人之間的相互提供服務，相互交換一個公平來完成的，它是靠誰擁有權力，誰就可以有掠奪的權力。在中國都知道，你只要當官你就有錢，有錢就能當官，這就違背了市場交易的一種原則，這時候就造成了現在這種局面。」
胡軍指出，現在我們看到的是瀋陽和周邊的商戶罷市，再往下會有更多人走上街頭罷工，他分析，目前中共的經濟已經難以維持下去，從經濟發展規律來看，中共解體在所難免。

Shenyang, Liaoning Province to raise funds for the next year’s

Shops in Shenyang and the neighboring areas have closed
to protest against this robbery behavior.
The analysis pointed out that the CCP’s economy is
difficult to maintain, the way of plundering the property of the people until the end,
thus, they continuously change
the ways of plundering.
On 6thAugust, messages spread on the Internet:
In Shenyang, a variety of shops and markets are closed,
even bathing halls and pharmacies have closed,
entire businesses have closed.
One cannot even find a place to buy a bottle of soy sauce,
the atmosphere is one of terror, people are panicking.
The mainland media reports that next year’s Shenyang
National Sports Competition has a funding gap totaling more than a billion.
Liaoning local authorities issued the financial tasks to
municipalities, cities and apportioned to the industrial and commercial households.
Shenyang industry and commerce, health, environmental
protection, tax, fire station and public security, and
other departments took the opportunity to jointly
‘administer the law enforcement’.
But they did their utmost to fine the merchants
in the name of ‘Cracking down in Counterfeit goods’.
Shenyang Netizen Xiao Li said in a Tencent Microblog,
‘Shenyang Wuai Market, Nanhu Hardware Market, Huaxiang Hardware Market are checked one by one.
The checking will enable the discovery of infringements
based on a variety of reasons such as a lack of documents.
There is no exception that all merchants are unqualified.
Selling toothpicks without a deforestation permit,
fine 5000 Yuan, selling tofu without wearing a mask,
fine 5000 Yuan.
A shop owner from Wuai Street told ‘NTDTV’,
the authorities’ so-called ‘Crackdown of Counterfeit goods’
started already in the middle of July, a few days ago, big or
small shops have all closed and do not want to play with the authorities.
Shop owner: “We have all closed, a few days ago, because
Shenyang was completely checked, they said that
they do not have money for the 2012 National Sports
Competition, they fine us for almost small things,
for example, three out of five certificates, health card,
anyway, if you are caught, you have to pay.
A bigger place can be fined up to
50,000 to 100,000, small places 20-30,000."
The Shenyang merchants have closed collectively to protest
against the government robbery behavior.
Currently, this ‘closing’tide spreads to the surrounding
medium and small cities,
including Anshan, Fushun, Dandong and other places,
regardless of industry, all are closed.
On the 7th, Liaoning Public Security Bureau posted a notice
informing that, the Shenyang ‘Crackdown of Counterfeit goods’ will pause.
The Wuai Street shop owner said, the authority sent
troops to broadcast on the streets that:
someone incited rumors, which scared many merchants to
open the door, but there are still some did not open.
Head of the ‘Rights movement’organization,
Hu Jun, pointed out that,
this kind of thing which happened in Shenyang
seem ridiculous to the outside world, in fact, it is a very common phenomenon in China.
Hu Jun:"We can now see the real estate and land sales, (CCP)’s
plundering of the property of the people has to go elsewhere,
then they think of other ways to plunder merchants.
They cannot take the blatant way to plunder;
they change the pattern, to take any measures to
find an excuse for plundering."
Hu Jun said that the CCP’s autocratic system itself is
a predatory economic system.
Hu Jun: “It (CCP) relies entirely on plunder,
it does not depend on the interaction of providing services
and the fair exchange between each other.
It depends on who has the power, and who can plunder.
In China everyone knows that as long as you are
an officer you will have money,
if you have money you can become an officer,
this is contrary to a principle of market transactions, which caused this situation."
Jun Hu pointed out that, now what we see is that
the merchants strike in Shenyang and the neighboring areas.
More and more people will go to the streets to strike.
He analyzed, now the CCP’s economy has been
difficult to sustain,
from the laws of economic development,
the CCP’s disintegration is inevitable.
