【新唐人2013年08月15日訊】近日，中共黨媒發表文章宣稱，一些意見領袖及學者歧視朝鮮，用抨擊朝鮮「指桑罵槐」的作法不厚道。文章還指責，許多人以中國是「大號的朝鮮」來否定中國，貶低社會主義制度等等。大陸學者分析認為，惱羞成怒的中共是在用一種變相的恐嚇來警告民眾，罵朝鮮就是罵中共，藉此封住民眾的嘴巴。
8月13號，中共喉舌《環球時報》發表題為《用抨擊朝鮮指桑罵槐，此法不厚道》的評論文章聲稱，韓國媒體報導朝鮮正式宣佈「世襲制」，是因為對朝鮮抱有敵意。文章認為，中國一些意見領袖及學者嚴重歧視朝鮮，甚至有些人經常用批評朝鮮「指桑罵槐」，藉此來貶低中國社會主義制度。
北京時政觀察人士華頗認為，這是當局一種變相的恐嚇。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「它是想利用這個辦法進行一種威脅，封住那些民眾的嘴巴，尤其是意見領袖，還有一些學者，封住他們的嘴巴，你們不要再指責朝鮮了，你們指責朝鮮就是指責我中共，所以罵我中共，那是沒有好下場的。」
上海著名演員周立波發微博表示：「人們指桑罵槐，原因只有一個：直接罵槐不安全，連批它兩句都有風險。以前有人罵過，這老槐惱羞成怒把一些人吊在槐樹枝上，一些人埋在槐樹根下，另外一些綁在了槐樹樁上。」
周立波質問：「混球時報罔顧這一切，反倒說指桑罵槐不厚道，到底是誰不厚道？！」
大陸網絡作家荊楚：「中國社會太恐怖了，不能直接批評，直接批評就可能坐大牢，一個政黨不允許批評，宣稱自己偉大、光榮、正確，這個偉大、光榮、正確是站不住腳的。」
北京憲政學者陳永苗：「《環球時報》是中國公眾輿論跟媒體的攪屎棍，它把中共體制裏面最臭的地方，它給攪出來翻給大家看。」
《環球時報》的文章還指責一些學者，用所謂不存在的邏輯來論證中國是「大號的朝鮮」，藉機否定中國的進步。
中國歷史教授章立凡發微博認為，中國不算「大號的朝鮮」，朝鮮才是升級版的中國。政治道路區別：國朝，諸侯世襲制，君主禪讓制﹔金朝，君主世襲制。
荊楚則表示，公眾說中國是「大號的朝鮮」一點沒有錯，其實就是「西朝鮮」。
荊楚：「朝鮮經歷的災難中國都經歷過，朝鮮現在仍陷於大飢荒之中，還在餓死老百姓的金家王朝，對老百姓實行恐怖，實行奴隸，老百姓現在每年還有上百萬的人在餓死。」
被譽為雜交水稻之父的中國水稻專家袁隆平，在前年4月8號接受《廣州日報》專訪時披露，中國所謂的三年自然災害，餓死了四五千萬人，其實是人為造成的。
華頗：「環球這篇文章也是一種滅火，想消除民眾的仇恨，那就是我們要比朝鮮好的多，但是，中國的狀況和朝鮮是五十步笑百步，雖然說中國進行了改革開放，進行了經濟改革，但是怎麼樣呢？由於不進行政治改革，所以它這個經濟體制改革帶來的巨大的利益，被特殊權貴給占有了，鬧的天怒人怨。」
華頗認為，在某種程度上講，中國還不如朝鮮，因為中國巨大的貧富差距，及權貴階層對民眾的肆意掠壓，使老百姓產生了非常大的仇恨，也將成為引爆中國發生革命的一個重要因素。

Chinese Regime Warns Scholars Over “Veiled Abuse" of North Korea.
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) state-controlled
media has censored some Chinese opinion leaders
and scholars for their “veiled abuses" of North Korea.
These media have also accused many people of negating
socialism, by dubbing China as a “queen-size North Korea".
Some Chinese scholars view that this is
the CCP using a disguised intimidation.
It is warning that criticism of Pyongyang equates to
blaming the CCP, and so is attempting to silence people.
On August 13, CCP state run media, “Global Times",
labeled those who criticize North Korea as “unkind”.
Its commentary says that South Korean media
reporting on Pyongyang’s “hereditary" is hostile.
It states that some Chinese opinion leaders and
scholars have serious discrimination against N. Korea.
It also states that some Chinese have often belittled
China’s socialism, by outwardly criticizing N. Korea.
Hua Po, political observer in Beijing, takes
this as a disguised form of CCP intimidation.
Hua Po: “It uses this approach to silence public
criticism, including opinion leaders and scholars.
It is hinting that condemning North Korea is
condemning the CCP, which would take a risk."
Zhou Libo, a Shanghai stand-up
comedian, commented on his micro-blog.
He writes that, “there is only one motive for the
public to “point at the mulberry tree (North Korea)
while reviling the locust tree (CCP)".
It is because cursing the locust tree directly is
dangerous, and even to criticize it is risking ones life.
Previously, the old locust tree
was angry for being scolded.
Afterwards, it hanged some people on its branches,
buried some under its roots, and tied some to its stump."
Zhou continues, “The Global Times ignored all these facts.
In turn, it accuses those of being unkind for
their veiled abuses. Who is really unkind?!"
Jing Chu: “Chinese society is too horrible, and
straightforward criticism may place oneself in jail.
A ruling party forbids criticism of it, and proclaims itself as
being “great, glorious and correct", but which is untenable."
Chen Yongmiao, Constitutional scholar in Beijing:
“The Global Times is a media that stirs the
dirtiest aspects of the Chinese regime,
and publicizes them to the public."
The Global Times also accuses some
scholars of arguing with “non-existent logic".
This lack of logic is said to attempt to prove
that China is “a queen-size North Korea”.
It states that they negate China’s progress.
Zhang Lifan, a history professor in
China, posts his views in his micro-blog.
He says that China is not a “queen-size North Korea",
but instead, N. Korea is an updated version of China.
He compares political roads taken in two countries.
China adopts a system of governors
hereditary and monarch abdication.
Pyongyang is a hereditary monarchy.
Jing Chu says that it is not wrong to say
that China is a “queen-sized N. Korea".
To be exact, it is “West North Korea".
Jing Chu: “All disasters that N. Korea have
experienced had historical versions in China.
N. Korea is still being caught in a great famine.
The Kim dictatorship has continued domestic terrorism.
Each year, millions of people there die of starvation."
Yuan Longping is known as China’s “Father of Hybrid Rice".
In April 2011, he told Guangzhou Daily that in
the CCP’s alleged period of “3-years of natural
disasters”, 40-50 Million Chinese faced starvation.
The historical truth is that the
starvation was purely man-made.
Hua Po: “The Global Times’ article plays
a role in eliminating hatred of the public.
That is, China is much better than North Korea.
But China is actually swimming in the same soup.
China has carried out reforms and opening
up, as well as economic reforms, but so what?
Without carrying out political reform, the country’s
enormous benefits brought by the economic
reform have been taken by privileged groups.
Also, it has triggered widespread wrath and discontent."
Hua Po remarks that in a certain sense,
China is even worse than North Korea.
Today in China, there exists a huge rich-poor gap.
Also, the privileged groups wantonly
plunder and bully the masses.
All this has bred great hatred among the populace.
This hatred will become an important factor
in igniting a revolution in China, he warns.
