【新唐人2014年03月18日訊】一位大陸女孩，日前在網上公開，她在父親被關押的監獄前打橫幅的照片。她的故事引起網友的圍觀和讚歎。她的父親曾經是一位優秀的中學老師，現在無辜入獄，不僅失去自由，而且面臨著生命危險。而女孩本人也因為營救父親，最近被「610」警察抓走，曾關在河北石家莊橋東勝北派出所。這是一個甚麼樣的故事呢？請跟隨本臺記者，一起走入他們的世界。
河北23歲的唐山女孩卞曉輝，去年剛剛大學畢業，為了見到被關押在石家莊監獄的父親卞麗潮，她現在經常和母親奔波於唐山與石家莊之間。
她的父親卞麗潮今年50歲，原本是唐山開灤第十中學的體育教師。由於修煉法輪功，在2012年2月25號去學校途中，被警察綁架，隨後被非法判刑12年。
家人多次在監獄規定的時間內前往探望，獄方因卞麗潮拒絕放棄信仰，不允許家人接見。3月4號開始，卞曉輝在石家莊監獄門前和石家莊司法廳前等多個地方，拉開了橫幅，上面寫著「我要見父親」。
河北唐山市體育教師卞麗潮辯護律師王全章：「會見是親友的一個基本的權力，一般是半個月一次，或者是一個月一次。在《監獄法》裡邊，關於會見，規定的不是非常詳細，但是它是明確了這種親屬、律師會見的這樣一個權利。」
13號，記者多次致電周秀珍和卞曉輝，卻無人接聽電話。
王全章：「因為監獄不給她正常的安排會見，應該是這種情況。然後她們做了很多努力，一直監獄對她們不理睬，所以她們可能用這種方式抗爭。我們現在聯繫不上她，然後她的母親也聯繫不上（她），不知道甚麼情況，網上消息都被刪了。」
3月7號卞曉輝向《新唐人》表示，獄方把她當作犯罪者對待。
河北唐山市體育教師卞麗潮女兒卞曉輝：「首先是教育處的處長範元強（音），他的警號是1306433，然後副科長，叫李瑛（音），她的警號是1306248，還有教育處那個陳忠（音），剃一個光頭，我記不清他的警號了。他們三個找我，還叫110。今天下午他們叫了3趟110來。」
卞麗潮的妻子周秀珍，曾在微博上曝光監獄對卞麗潮的違法行為。周秀珍表示，從去年中國新年以後，監獄為迫使卞麗潮放棄信仰，每天安排了3組人，監控他，折磨他。
去年的4月22號下午，周秀珍見到卞麗潮時，他兩頰消瘦，面無血色，眼睛深陷，而且出現了血壓高、心慌、心臟缺血、梗塞等癥狀，隨時都可能猝死。
當時，卞麗潮見到妻子的第一句話就是：「每一次見面都可能成為訣別。」卞麗潮在唐山開灤第十中學，連續多年被選為先進工作者，深受學生們的愛戴。他還連續十多年擔任學校的體育組長。
王全章：「我見過他，當時也是費了很大的勁。我們去了很多次，監獄一直在刁難我們。最後我們採取了很多種方法，然後讓我們見了一次。當時的情況應該是，（卞麗潮）身體和精神的壓力都非常大，身體狀況也不好，全身沒有力氣，走路走幾步就休息，因為身體非常、非常虛弱。」
為了爭取見到生命垂危的父親，卞曉輝拉橫幅呼籲社會關注，並抗議中共監獄的迫害。卞曉輝還用小名—-「卞曉迪」在網上傳播信息。
有民眾轉發卞曉輝的照片，還有網友寫下「古有緹縈 今有曉迪」的文章，讚歎她的勇氣，並同情他們一家人的遭遇。目前已有200多人為卞麗潮簽名，呼籲當局釋放他。大陸經濟學者綦彥臣也發微博說：「從今天開始，每日一喊：支持曉輝，會見父親，尊重親情，保護人權！」
大陸公民朱先生：「中共統治下的這個社會就是法西斯的社會，對待法輪功這些人就是進行鎮壓。大規模的活摘是反人類的。我很同情法輪功。」
卞曉輝12號在網上還發出一條微博，被保存在「自由微博」中。內容是：「爸爸，我一定要見到你！堅持等我！」

Modern version of Tiying Rescuing Her Father,And Unfurling Banner at Gates of Prison.
Recently a Mainland girl published her photo on the internet.On the photo, she held a banner in front of the prison where her father is currentlyjailed.
Her stories sparked the concerns and commendation of netizens.Her father was once an excellent middle school teacher,he is innocent and is now in jail.
Not only is he without his freedom and facing a life and death situation, but also, due to his daughter taking steps to have his release, was caught
and taken by 610 officers.Sadly, she is now confined in Qiaodong Police Station
of Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province.So what sort of story is this?

Bian Xiaohui is a 23 year old girl from Tangshan City and graduated from university just last year.In order to see her father Bian Lichao who is presently imprisoned in Shijiazhuang Prison,she and her mother have to commute
between Tangshan City and Shijiazhuang City.
Her father Bian Lichao who is 50 this year, was a physical education teacher of Kailuan No. 10 Middle School of Tangshan City.Due to practising Falun Gong, on his way to school on February 25 of 2012, he was abducted by police and then illegally sentenced and jailed to 12 years.
His family members visited him during the scheduled visiting times.
However, the prison authorities refusedhis family members from seeing Bian Lichao, with the excuse he would not give up his belief.
On March 4, Bian Xiaohui opened a banner marked “I want to see my father!" in front of the gate of the jail and Municipal Judicial Bureau of Shijiazhuang City.
Bian Lichao ‘s defending lawyer Wang Quanzhang: “To meet family members is a basic right of any jailed person.Generally it is around one time fortnightly or monthly.In Prison Law, there is no detailed regulation on the interview.But the law definitively says, to interview family members and a right to a lawyer is a correct."
On March 13, the reporter rang Zhou Xiuzhen and Bian Xiaohui many times, but could not get through to them.
Wang Quanzhang: “The prison did not arrange any regular interview but they should have. After many attempts made,there was still no response from the prison.So they had to use this way (unfurling a banner)
to obtain the right.We have now lost all contact with her and Mum has no contact with Bian Xiaohui either.So we don ‘t know how she is because all news about her on the Internet is now deleted."
On March 7, Bian Xiaohui told NTD, whilst in prison, they treated her as a criminal.
Bian Xiaohui: “First, the Director of Education Department Fan Yuanqiang with police number 1306433,the Deputy Chief Li Ying with police number 1306248
and clerk Chen Zhong of the Education Department,he has a shaven head, he stopped me and then they called 110 three times that afternoon, they all mistreat me. “
Bian Lichao ‘s wife Zhou Xiuzhen exposed the illegal treatment of the prison authorities to Bian Lichao on Weibo.Zhou Xiuzhen said, from last year ‘s Chinese New Year,the prison authorities arranged three shifts per day to monitor and torture him in order to force him to convert his belief.
In the afternoon of April 22 of last year, when Zhou Xiuzhen saw Bian Lichao,
his cheeks were very thin with a pale complexion,his eyes too were sunken.
He was also suffering with the symptoms of high blood pressure,flustered response, shortage of blood to the heart and clogged arteries etc. He could die at any time.
At that time, the first thing he said to his wife is,"Every interview between us now, might well be our last." Bian Lichao was awarded the prize of Model Employee at his school for many years and is loved by his students.He had been head teacher of the Physical Education department of his school for more than 10 years.
Wang Quanzhang: “I once saw him after we ‘d made huge efforts.We visited the prison many times, yet the authorities were hard on us.Eventually we used multiple means, and then we were allowed to see him.At that time Bian Lichao ‘s physical and mental condition had drastically deteriorated . His entire status is not good, physically he does not have much strength.Once he stepped a couple of paces,then he needed to rest. His body was very very weak."
In order to have her self heard and her father ‘s life and death situation taken note of, Bian Xiaohui decided to use the banner to alert the people, and to protest against the persecution the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) instigates in prison.
Bian Xiaohui also used her nickname Bian Xiaodi to publish her news on the Internet.
Some people forwarded the photo of Bian Xiaohui on the Internet community.
A netizen wrote an article,"In ancient times Tiying was a brave daughter,
whereas today Xiaodi can match her" with her bravery and alerting people of her family ‘s torments.Currently, more than 200 people have signed the appeal,
telling the CCP Authorities to release Bian Lichao.Mainland economic scholar Ji Yangcheng says on his weibo:"From day One, I call for: Supporting Xiaohui,
allowing her to interview her father, respecting the family ties,and protecting human rights!"
Mainland citizen Mr Zhu: “The society under CCP regime is a fascist society,
Falun Gong practitioners are treated by brutal oppression.Large-scale organ harvesting is an anti-human crime.I sympathise with Falun Gong very much."
On March 12, Bian Xiaohui sent out one piece of text on her Weibo account,
which has been saved in “Freedom Weibo": “It read,Dada, I must see you!
Please insist till that day to see me!"
