【新唐人2014年10月04日訊】香港特區行政長官梁振英，在學聯最後通牒到期的15分鐘前，宣佈委派政務司司長林鄭月娥，短期內和學聯會面。不過他否認要辭職，或是退回之前人大關於香港政改的決議。學聯一度同意對話，但由於3號下午，親共和親政府人士，向和平佔中人士施暴，學聯在晚上宣佈，擱置與政務司司長林鄭月娥的對話。
時針一秒一秒，逼近學聯要求梁振英下臺的最後期限。幾千名抗議者，站在香港政府特首辦外面，實時收聽梁振英在新聞發佈會現場，說了些甚麼。
梁振英宣佈，委派政務司司長林鄭月娥帶領相關官員，短期內與學聯會面討論政改。
對於退回人大的香港政改決議，和要他下臺的呼聲，梁振英也給出了回覆。
香港特別行政區行政長官梁振英：「只有遵循基本法，和人大決議，我們才能有2017年的普選。」「我是不會辭職的，因為我要繼續做好普選的工作。」
很顯然，這不是抗議者們期待的答案。
政府大樓外，抗議者一直呼籲民眾保持冷靜，雖然有一個人衝出人群，坐在街道上，但另一些示威者馬上築起人鏈，防止佔領範圍擴大。
舞臺劇演員JOHNSON TAI：「經過了這五、六天，你能看到，每當有衝突或是打鬥時，最終人們都能和平解決。我認為這展現了香港人最好的素質。」
和平佔中進入第六天。由於3號不是公眾假期，各個佔領區早上人數有所減少。但在香港政府特首辦外面，仍然有大量抗議民眾聚集。行政署宣佈政府總部暫停開放。
白天，有少數親共和親政府人士，在旺角叫罵和推搡佔中民眾，但佔中民眾始終高舉「保持冷靜」的標語。
佔中民眾ERIC NG：「他們想激怒我們，所以我們只是留在佔領的地方。」
香港學聯已經在凌晨1點半發表聲明，表示願意同林鄭月娥公開對話，期望政府儘快交代細節。但同時在聲明中呼籲港人繼續「固守不撤，保持戒備，包括政總外的添美道、夏愨道及添華道。」
而另一方面，就在梁振英宣佈對話後不久，新華社搶先在凌晨發佈10月3號《人民日報》評論員文章，文中仍然形容佔中是非法活動，並表示人大常委會決定，沒有退讓空間。這是《人民日報》連續第三天發表文章評論佔中。
香港立法會議員單仲偕：「大家都明白，北京也態度比較強硬，因為過去三天，《人民日報》公開有三個結論，也是支持人大常委的決定，支持梁振英政府。」
香港民主黨創黨主席李柱銘3號對《明報》表示，對林鄭月娥與學聯的會面不抱期望，他說北京已經落閘，沒有甚麼可以談。
3號，沒有任何北京政府官員就林鄭月娥與學聯的會面發表任何評論。在主要門戶網站上，也完全看不到任何有關這次對話的報導和評論。而在微博上，「佔中」、「學聯」、「戴耀廷」都是被屏蔽的敏感詞。

Dialogue Granted, Violence Promoted
15 minutes before their ultimatum expired, Hong Kong
chief executive Leung Chun-ying announced a dialogue
has been granted between the government and protesters.
He refused to resign or to object to the political reform
by the Communist congress.
The protest organizers had once agreed to the dialogue.
But, the violence against the protesters from
the pro-Communist and pro-government parties
on the afternoon of the Oct. 3 had the HK Federation
of Students decide to put aside the dialogue.
Tension mounted outside of the Hong Kong leader’s office
as thousands of protesters listened to a live broadcast
of Leung Chun-ying delivering a statement.
Leung Chun-ying announced chief secretary
for administration Carrie Lam has been appointed to lead
a discussion of political reform with HK Students
of Federation.
As for the demand to withdraw the regime’s political reform
and the chief executive to step down,
Leung Chun-ying gave his answer.
Hong Kong chief executive Leung Chun-ying:
“Only do we follow the provisional basic law and the decision
of the NPCSC can we have universal suffrage in 2017,"
“I won’t resign because I must carry out the universal suffrage
work."
Clearly, it’s not what they wanted to hear.
Outside government buildings, the protesters
have been calling for calm.
When a person ran out of the crowd and sat on the street,
others immediately built a human chain to prevent further
expansion of the occupation.
Stage actor, Johnson Tai: “After going through all these
for the past five or six days, you can see every time there
is a clash or some scuffles, in the end, the people manage
to resolve it peacefully.
I think this shows the quality of the Hong Kong
people."
Occupy Central has entered its sixth day.
On weekdays, the number of protesters
has decreased in each region.
But outside the Hong Kong Government Chief Executive’s
Office, there are still a large number of protesters.
The Administrative Department announced the temporarily
closure of the Central Government Offices.
During the day, shouting and shoving were seen from some
pro-Communist and pro-government parties.
The protesters continue to hold high their slogan, “keep calm."
39 year-old Occupy Central protester, Eric Ng:
“I think they are going to provoke us,
so we just stay camped down around the campus."
HK Federation of Students issued a statement at 1:30 a.m.
agreeing to the open dialogue with Carrie Lam and hoping
for clear details on the dialogue from the government.
The statement also called on Hong Kong people to continue
the insistence and stay alert around the Central
Government Offices.
An hour after CY Leung announced the dialogue,
Xinhua published a commentary stressing
the Occupy Central is illegal and the congress will not yield.
The other state mouthpiece, People’s Daily, also issued
its third consecutive article opposing Occupy Central.
Hong Kong legislative council Sin Chung-kai: “We all know
Beijing’s tough attitude from People’s Daily’s commentaries
for the past three days regarding the support to the congress
and the Leung’s government."
The founding chairman of Hong Kong’s Democratic Party,
Martin Lee, however, holds no hope for the meeting
with Carrie Lam, according to Ming Pao newspaper.
He said Beijing has shut the door on Hong Kong’s democracy.
There is nothing to be discussed.
On Sept. 3, no comment was made by Beijing.
Reports or commentary on the dialogue was also nonexistent
on the Chinese Internet.
Occupy Central, the Hong Kong Federation of Students,
and Benny Tai have all become sensitive keywords on Weibo.
