Shortly after launch, observers saw this on a video broadcast from an infrared camera. These two fast-moving dots appear to be flying close to the spacecraft.

We can confirm that they are definitely UFOs; that is, unknown flying objects – of some sort. But are they alien spaceships? That’s what some Internet users are speculating.

Researcher Wang Sichao, at China’s Mt. Zijinshan Observatory, has been researching UFOs for more than 40 years. He says that based on the last 20 major UFO sightings, they tend to occur in years with end 1, 2, and 7. Like 2012. He believes these objects could be of alien origin. Or just airplanes. Or, he says, it could just be a couple of moths that flew in front of the camera.

The Internet may never know.
