【新唐人2012年8月8日讯】中共国家副主席习近平，8月5号在海滨渡假胜地“北戴河”高调露面，外界一致认为，这显示：决定中共十八大人事安排的“北戴河会议”已经开始召开。与此同时，北戴河地区，最近连遭台风袭击，路边有许多松树和柳树被连根拔起。分析认为，如果胡锦涛以稳固中共的统治，来保全自己的既得利益，那么，他的权力会和中共这棵枯树一样，最终被连根拔起。
中共喉舌《中央电视台》报导，习近平在北戴河会见了多位专家和人才代表。他们是应中央政府的邀请，携带家属到北戴河避暑休假。
对此，时事评论员林子旭表示，这是中共在向外界发出信号—-“北戴河会议”已经开始了。
时事评论员林子旭：“仔细推敲的话，还是有很多看点的，首先中共北戴河会议一向都是非常诡异的，官员在会议期间也一向都很低调，此次习近平高调在北戴河露面，这说明其在十八大以后，接替胡锦涛掌控中共的核心已经没有什么悬念了。”
报导还说，习近平向专家和人才代表，表示问候和敬意，并强调说，暑期邀请专家到北戴河休假，是关心、联系和服务人才的一项重要制度性安排。
林子旭表示，这是胡锦涛在暗示大家，他倡导的科学发展观的思想，将会在十八大后，被抬到一个新的高度。
不过，不知是巧合还是天意？北戴河最近连遭台风袭击，整个地区陷入狂风暴雨中，路边有许多松树和柳树被连根拔起。中共喉舌《新华网》也进行报导，说，北戴河区已经启动二级防台应急措施。
英国《金融时报》6号刊登了记者Kathrin Hille的文章表示，对于一些领导人来说，这场台风似乎像征着，共产党因为薄熙来丑闻而引发的巨大风暴。
但旅居德国的社会学博士王蓉芬表示，中共已经到头了。她认为，中共从来不替老百姓着想，中国必须进行政治体制改革，像现在这样，拿薄熙来一个人来说事，是祭不了天的。
旅德社会学博士王蓉芬：“毛泽东算第一代吧，那个时候为非作歹要多坏有多坏，这个世界上历史上，古今中外，我找不出比他更坏的人了，希特勒杀了600万犹太人，他杀了几千万中国人，真是一个血债累累的一个恶魔，江泽民那就是要什么没什么，但是只有坏，这么一个东西，什么都不能谈了，迫害这个、迫害那个的。”
而稍早前，北京暴雨淹城，著名诗人北村发了一个“帝都已成中南海”的上联，征求下联和横批。知名学者吴稼祥回应了一条下联：“党国要上小西天”，横批为：“天朝泡汤”。
林子旭也认为，大树被连根拔起，是十八大前一个最大的看点，是一个大的凶兆。
林子旭：“这似乎预示了中共行将就木的宿命，这也应该上天对胡锦涛的再一次警示。事实上无论胡锦涛如何处心积虑的应对十八大的人事安排，不论最后的结果如何有利于胡锦涛，但是如果胡锦涛一味的想要稳固中共的统治，来保全自己的既得利益那最终胡锦涛的权力，也会和中共这棵枯树一样，最终被连根拔起。”
王蓉芬认为，在中国，老百姓没有说话的权利，没有言论自由，开一个“博客”也会被封掉，这些现象和“文化大革命”“抄家”同出一辙。她说，如果当权者还想做人，还想为老百姓做点事，那就彻底“否定中共”。

Beidaihe Tree Uprooted, Xi Jinping becomes center of attention
Chinese vice premier Xi Jinping made his appearance
at a popular summer retreat spot, Beidaihe on August 5th.
The outside world unanimously agreed this shows the
Beidaihe meetings have started.
Meanwhile, the area has been suffering from typhoons;
many pine trees and willows were uprooted.
Analysts believe if Hu Jintao preserves his immediate vested
personal interests to stabilize CCP regime his powers,
he and the CCP would receive a similar fate as these trees.
State-run media CCTV reports Xi Jinping recently met with
many experts and talent representatives.
They were invited by the CCP and brought their
family members to Beidaihe for a summer retreat.
Concerning this matter, current affairs commentator Lin Zixu
says this is the signal CCP sends to the outside world since the Beidaihe meetings have started.
Lin Zixu: “Thinking over it in detail,
there are many points to watch for.
Firstly CCP meetings at Beidahe have always been very weird.
Officials often keep very a low profile during these meetings.
This time Xi Jinping kept a high profile and
appeared at Beidaihe,
which means there won’t be any surprises as to
who would succeed after the 18th Annual People’s Congress.
The report also says Xi Jinping expresses his greetings and
respects to experts and talent representatives.
He also emphasizes that inviting experts to Beidaihe for a
retreat is an important arrangement to show concern towards,
communicate with and provide service to the talents.
Lin Zixu says Hu Jintao is hinting to all that his Advocacy of
scientific development will be raised to new heights after the 18th Annual People’s Congress.
However, are the typhoon attacks at Beidaihe
a coincidence or a will of the heavens?
The entire area is experiencing stormy weather,
rainstorms and violent winds.
Many pine trees and willows completely uprooted
on the side of the road.
Even state-run media Xinhuanet Agency reported that level 2
emergency typhoon defenses were initiated at Beidaihe District.
U.K. Finantial Times correspondent in Beijing,
Kathrin Hille posted on her blog saying that for some leaders,
this typhoon seems to symbolize the huge scandal
caused by former CCP official Bo Xilai.
However, sociology doctor Wang Rongfang residing in
Germany expresses that the CCP has reached its end.
She believes the CCP has never acted for the sake of its people.
China must undergo political reform, such as now, to take
Bo Xilai affair and talk about it is not enough to pay tribute to the heavens.
Wang Rongfen: “Mao Zedong is the first generation, at that
time, people had done so many crazy and evil things.
In this world, in the history, from ancient time,
I can’t find anyone worse than Mao.
Hitler killed 6 million Jews, but Mao killed tens of
millions of Chinese. He was a bloody evil.
Jiang Zemin could achieve nothing but his evil deeds,
He is such a thing; he only knows to persecute this and that.”
Yet a bit earlier, rainstorms in Beijing flooded the city, well-
known poet Beicun wrote a line of couplet.
The first line states: “the Kingdom turns to Zhongnan sea”.
He sought the second, which is also the central line.
Then a well-known scholar Wu Jiaxiang said: “The CCP goes
west (refer to death)”, central line: “the Kingdom was sunk”.
Li Zixu believes that the complete uprooting of trees indicates
the greatest watch point before the 18th People’s Congress and it is an ominous sign.
Li Zixu: “It indicates that the CCP will finish, it should be
considered that the heaven gives Hu Jintao a warning again.
Actually, no matter how Hu arranges the 18th Congress,
ignoring how much benefit Hu will receive from the result,
if he insists to secure the CCP and his own gain, his fate will
be the same as the CCP, like a rotten tree, being rooted out.”
Wang Rongfen believes that in China, people have no
freedom of speech and no rights to talk.
Opening a blog account could be blocked.
These indicate the CCP’s behaviors are the same as
searching someone’s house during the Cultural Revolution.
She said if the rulers want to survive and still want to serve the
people, they must thoroughly and completely be free of the CCP.
